My parents gave me an antique upright piano that has been in the family since 1903.  It has not been played at all when I was growing up.  I hired Mike to come tune and clean it.  It looked like it hadn't been cleaned on the inside since 1903!  Mike was professional, courteous, and completely thorough!  He gave me honest feedback about the tuning process and taught me a lot about how to care for such an old piano in order to not break the strings.  He is a phenomenal service provider with amazing integrity!  You will not regret hiring him!

Mike was very courteous and did a wonderful job with our piano which means a great deal to me. I inherited it from my grandfather in Sweden who was a pianist. We had it shipped offer here and Mike did a great job with it.

I found Mike on Angie's List and gave him a call.  He answered his phone rather than the call going to voicemail.  We established the first date he was available (about a week from the date of the phone call) and set a time for him to come to my home.  He showed up a few minutes early, and had his lovely daughter, Carly, with him.  Mike got right to work, first cleaning our piano.  He did a thorough job!  He was meticulous in his tuning, and our piano gets thumbs up from our very gifted daughter who has played the piano for 35 years.  She gives Mike an A+ on improving the tonal quality of our piano.  It sounds amazing now!

If you call Mike and Carly is with him, be sure to ask her to sing the Star Spangled Banner at the end.  She gave me goose bumps!  She has a beautiful voice and is a very sweet young lady.

Mike did a wonderful job of caring for our piano.  I was worried that the piano was too old and worn out.  He was able to bring life back to the piano, it will be useful for many years to come.  Cleaning the piano helped with the sticky keys as he found a penny or two the kids had deposited.  Overall it was a great experience.  I referred him on our church Facebook page to spread the news.

Mike came out to our home to tune our piano.  It's been years since that had been done.  When he started to tune it he asked if we wanted it cleaned too.  It was in serious need a good cleaning.  He took care cleaned and tuned the piano in about 2 hours and the price was very reasonable.  I would definitely us Mike Carroll's Piano Service again.  I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs to have their piano tuned.  He was knowledgeable, hardworking, pleasant and professional.   We asked Mike to put us on the call back list so we can have him take care if it once a year!
