Excellent work. I went ahead and had him clean the inside. He took the keyboard out and cleaned the full inside. It had never been done before. I have a baby grand piano. I had complete confidence in him. He also found a repair that needed to be done from the cross country move.

My parents gave me an antique upright piano that has been in the family since 1903. It has not been played at all when I was growing up. I hired Mike to come tune and clean it. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned on the inside since 1903! Mike was professional, courteous, and completely thorough! He gave me honest feedback about the tuning process and taught me a lot about how to care for such an old piano in order to not break the strings. He is a phenomenal service provider with amazing integrity! You will not regret hiring him!

Mike was very courteous and did a wonderful job with our piano which means a great deal to me. I inherited it from my grandfather in Sweden who was a pianist. We had it shipped offer here and Mike did a great job with it.

I found Mike on Angie's List and gave him a call. He answered his phone rather than the call going to voicemail. We established the first date he was available (about a week from the date of the phone call) and set a time for him to come to my home. He showed up a few minutes early, and had his lovely daughter, Carly, with him. Mike got right to work, first cleaning our piano. He did a thorough job! He was meticulous in his tuning, and our piano gets thumbs up from our very gifted daughter who has played the piano for 35 years. She gives Mike an A+ on improving the tonal quality of our piano. It sounds amazing now! If you call Mike and Carly is with him, be sure to ask her to sing the Star Spangled Banner at the end. She gave me goose bumps! She has a beautiful voice and is a very sweet young lady.

Mike did a wonderful job of caring for our piano. I was worried that the piano was too old and worn out. He was able to bring life back to the piano, it will be useful for many years to come. Cleaning the piano helped with the sticky keys as he found a penny or two the kids had deposited. Overall it was a great experience. I referred him on our church Facebook page to spread the news.

Mike came out to our home to tune our piano. It's been years since that had been done. When he started to tune it he asked if we wanted it cleaned too. It was in serious need a good cleaning. He took care cleaned and tuned the piano in about 2 hours and the price was very reasonable. I would definitely us Mike Carroll's Piano Service again. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs to have their piano tuned. He was knowledgeable, hardworking, pleasant and professional. We asked Mike to put us on the call back list so we can have him take care if it once a year!

We hired Mike to clean and tune our piano and he did an outstanding job! He was very precise and thorough and treated our Steinway with the utmost care. He was also a joy to talk to and was a wealth of information about the piano industry. Mike really enjoys his work and it shows! When he completed the job, he tested the action and tuning by playing a few numbers and we were quite impressed! So he not only is an incredible piano technician, but also an impressive musician as well! We plan to have him tune our piano annually and highly recommend Mike! Thank you Mike, we are really looking forward to learning new songs and playing some old favorites now that our piano sounds so wonderful!

Mike did a wonderful job tuning and cleaning my piano. This instrument had NEVER been cleaned or tuned and when he finished it was in tip-top condition. I'm so pleased to have my grandmother's loved piano in playing condition. I highly recommend Mike and will call him again in the future to work on my piano.

Mike is affable. He arrived on time and worked efficiently. We have a Baldwin Spinet made in the 1960's that we just bought from a relative. It had never been used or maintained, so there was some work to do. Mike educated me on the piano and potential issues because of the age and lack of maintenance. He also told me minor things that I can do. Mike said that because the piano was so out of tune, we will need to have it tuned again soon, probably within six months. He charged $115 for the tuning and $12 for the extra repair work, for a total of $127.

Mike has a busy schedule but when my home sold on the 2nd day on the market I needed it tuned right away to sell. Mike worked me in at 7:30 am and arrived right on time even after a traffic clog up on the tollway. He could tell I was very emotionally attached to the piano and put me in touch with this amazing piano teacher wanting to buy one. I know Mike doesn't and quot;brokerand quot; pianos and did not benefit from my sale but I am ever so grateful to him for helping me find a loving home for it.

Mike did a great job, he was prompt and his price was competitive. I would certainly use him again.

As others have stated, Mike obviously loves what he does. After first removing his shoes before entering our home, he proceeded to spend a great deal of time and attention to our long neglected piano. His efforts resulted in a much more melodious sound. We cannot wait for our next get-together to show off the new sounds.

Outstanding! He had our piano sounding great in about 90 minutes, and we got treated to some great music in the process. He also was able to provide us some references for piano teachers, as we are looking for a piano teacher for our young daughter. He showed up on-time, he was polite, and he was very knowledgable.
