They cut when they said they would cut, they show up in company vehicles, they perform the work promised. I only rated price fair because its a little bit more than you can find from an independent operator. I rated good only because I reserve "excellent" for exceeding my expectations. I didn't see anything done that exceeded them above and beyond what kind of service I've received from independent operators.

They're not very consistent on the days they show up. Some of the weeks, they show up on Wednesday. The next week it could be Thursday or Friday. Price is good. We would probably change because if the inconsistency.

I used them for several years and my experience was a mixed bag with these guys.  Mace, the owner, didn't come across as very personable in my occasional interactions with him.  He was rather short in several conversations and I finally got tired of his routine.  The crews were OK - even though I spotted one guy taking a leak behind my shed.  I didn't bother telling the vendor about it and never saw it happening after that.
In the end I decided that there are many other vendors and I should give one of them a try.  Life is too short for sub-par customer service.  I'm just sorry it took me so long to make the change.

I have been using them every week for the last 2-3 years. They do a very good job and are very professional. They are responsive to requests and and good at getting back to you.

I like them and I think they are a good landscape company. They do what they say they are going to do. I was paying another person to do weed control and when I switched over to them they require you to use them for weed control. My lawn looks beautiful. They are reliable and do a good job. I was looking on Angie's List and they are very competitive in price.

Great! They worked us into their schedule right away and they have a convenient way to pay. They just charge our card the day of service.

A few months ago, they applied several "treatments" (unrequested) that killed all my grass in the back yard. ALL of it. When I called them, they said that sometimes grass dies like that "for no reason". Today, they performed a "winter scalp" on my front yard, wich has killed a good portion of the grass there as well. I fired them. If you like your lawn at all, DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE!!!

They bill us each time they do the lawn work for us. They show up right on time and do what they are supposed to do. However, they don’t seem to care for the work as much as I would want them to. I will not use them in the future.

I got this company from my neighbor. They've been around for 10 years. They have new equipment and crews that know what they are doing. They are polite and put things back in their proper place, such as the hose. They are on schedule and I don't even have to call them. They are English speaking.
