We are TOTALLY satisfied with the quality of the work that Longacre performed.

The brickwork on the three gables on the front of our house was collapsing due to poor construction practices
by the builder.

Longacre fixed the construction issues and replaced the brick with an attractive faux stone facia.

All of our neighbors have commented on the finished product and like the way it looks.

The only thing we can take issue with, with the project, is that the company needs to do some extensive training of their scheduler.

As mentioned earlier, the scheduler, at contract signing, clearly stated that the project would take only two weeks.

Well, it ended up taking about three months.

Another positive item is that the company has and provides some VERY excellent sub contractors and workers.

All in all, we are extremely happy with the result of the work.

Longacre team did a very good job, restoring water damaged flooring to like-new condition.  They handled everything from removal of freestanding and built-in furniture and cabinets to a meticulous final clean up.  Would trust them with projects of any size.  Alex is great.

Did good work and had some excellent ideas. Work was done Sept. 2008. Nov. 2013 replaced shower head and installed grab bar free of charge.

They did an absolutely wonderful job.  The cost was exactly as bid and they went above and beyond to make sure the garage was exactly as my husband wanted.

It went amazingly quickly.  They were able to get the work done on two visits in about two hours.  They’re very professional, knowledgeable and all aspect of the project were made clear to me.

Request for review of work happened in one day, work started three days later, & the actual work was completed in a timely manner  Measurements were taken to protect rest of house ( dust curtains, floor coverings,etc) .  Walls & ceilings were a different texture with different color. Care was taken in the finishing of the ceiling cornices. Finish product is excellent.

Dan was extremely detailed and on-time with all the work.  In the end, the home office turned out to be the perfect office.

After having tiles pop off and after discovering extensive mold underneath caused by a poorly configured window in the shower area, Longacre Construction reworked the window sill and covered the tub surround with cultured marble. They installed an adjustable height shower head.

They did excellent work and I was very happy.

Everytime they did work it was perfect. They are wonderful to work with, they are happy people. It cost a little more, but the quality is fabolous! Everything they do is right on. They have renovated our rental home, renevoted our kitchen. They are very community orientated. I have nothing but high praises for them.

Over the years they’ve done several things for us and have always done a great job  The owners are very personable and the whole group is trustworthy.  We felt comfortable having them in our home and even leaving them alone in our home.  We had received a couple estimates and their estimate was competitive.  We went with Longacre because we like them and feel comfortable with them and because we had used them for other projects in the past.  They perform excellent quality work and  we’ve received compliments on the cabinets and we have recommended their services to others.

Wonderful experience with all those from Longacre and their contractors as well.  Several unexpected things came up as we went along and they quickly fixed those as well.

Longacre did a fantastic job! As a result we are long-standing customers and have used them for many other projects, big or small. Estimates were accurate. Additional costs were disclosed as they were discovered (extra support needed for main support beams as they were uncovered, personal upgrades on products used, etc) Once we got started with the project, timing was very accurate. It took a bit to connect with them in the beginning when we were looking for contractors. But once we got the project going, it went right on schedule. Clean-up was amazing...included daily sweep up, trash removal from interior and organization of building materials. (We appreciated the clean-up effort as we were living in the house during remodel!) Very flexible on design and carpenter suggested many design options as we were building that greatly personalized our design. Thank you, Dan & Carol!

The bid development process and contract preparation and signing was lengthy and contentious. The most troubling part was the inability to understand what exactly was being quoted and discerning whether I was being treated fairly or not. The actual construction was good. The clean-up was so-so.
