 + -1 moreOverall it went very well. My AC works again and the car runs fine. They even gave me a veteran's discount.
Description of Work: I have used them more than once. On the most recent occasion, I took my car in because the AC stopped working. They could have tried to sell me a new compressor but fixed a different part instead. They laid out my options before making any repairs and called me with updates. Although there were other things wrong with my car, they only fixed what I asked and didn't bug me about fixing things that didn't need to be fixed.

 + -1 moreEvery time I have used them (60-80 times) over the past 8 years, I have been satisfied. Sometimes my wallet hurts a little, but that is because I should have had the work done sooner. If you put off some car repairs, it will cost you more down the road. I trust them.
Description of Work: I have used these guys for nearly 8 years. While car repair can be expensive, I have never been gouged or taken advantage of by Ray, Carlos or the crew. They will try to save you money if they can, and will be very up front with you if they can't. My nanny has their number in the mini-van and can, and has, called them with problems. They will come get her (and the kids) to fix it, or call a tow truck (at a discount price for that matter) and make sure it is done right. I was changing shock absorbers on my vehicle once, when it fell off the jack. My wife called them from the emergency room, and they came out, jacked it up, took it to their shop and fixed it right. When I got out of the hospital, I went down there and picked it up.
