From the sales process to the installation to usage, everything has been great! We love this net and the security it provides.

Our self-latching gate stopped latching by itself (it happens and needs adjustment over time), and Katchakid was here within days of my call.  They were super responsive.  I told them they could describe to me over the phone how to adjust it myself, but they insisted on coming out to show me.  It was great.  I would absolutely recommend this company.

We love the option of covering the pool when small children are around and leaving it uncovered when they are not! This pool cover is excellent--custom installation so it fits perfectly. It takes around 10 minutes for one person to cover or uncover the pool after the first few times of learning how to use it. We would choose Katch a Kid again. Also, we had a problem with the appliance used to loosen/tighten the netting. They sent out a person to fix it within a day.

About 6 weeks after having the fence installed I noticed holes in one of the panels. I don't know what caused the holes since my husband and I do not smoke or have pets. We have one 2 yr old who also doesn't go to the pool unattended. When I called for them to replace the one panel I was told I would have to pay an additional $150 for the repair. I felt this was not fair to make me pay more for a fence I already spent over a thousand dollars on inthe last 2 months. The lady from their office was also a bit rude stating that I was unfair in asking them to repair it free of charge. I would definitely not recommend their services to anyone and feel they should have handled this matter more professionally and fair to the customer.
