Description of Work: They painted the entire exterior of my house in just one day, WOW! Their estimate was 25% to 40% cheaper than the other previous estimates I was given. They showed up at 7:45am on a Saturday with a crew of Five people and went to work promptly. I was originally told by the owner that it would take two days to do all the work, which was half the time the other companies said it would take. I assume that is why the other companies prices were so much higher (time & labor). Painting my home is no small feat in that it has three peaks that are over 16 feet tall at the highest point. Being an obsessive compulsive person myself it was a big step to have someone else paint my house for the second time since I've owned it, (17 years). But after passing the mid-century point in my life recently, I refuse to climb ladders over six feet tall. The owner Jose Lima-Cabrera was recommended by a tree trimming company I used. I had been seeking estimates for the work, Jose showed up the afternoon that I called and provided the estimate on a Thursday & said they could do the work over the weekend. I hired him on the spot and chose paint colors. They replaced all the rotted wood trim around the house and installed a new entry door to my detached garage. My house is just over 3000 square feet.
