We hired them to build a deck by the pool. The deck warped in less than a year and Jeter gave a us a "discount" on the rework. This report is on the rework. Rather than replacing the sideboards, only the top boards were replaced so the deck was still warped.There was easily a 2" dip from the middle of the deck to the sides. The wood was splintered and was of poor quality (knotty). Additionally the wood was cheap and was not pressure treated. They used nails instead of screws. The benches were sloppily done and had gaps and splinters in them. Before he stained them, we asked Jeter about the issues. He said that that was the best he could do, etc. Unfortunately we had already paid him the full amount. We never contacted him again and he never followed up with us to finish the work. We had to hire another company to rip out all of the work and start all over.
