Worst cleaning service of my life. Terrible attitude, consistently late, and the owner will try to charge you extra fees anytime she gets a chance. Choose anyone else

Jessica is super responsive and helped get us on schedule very promptly. Natalia has been doing an amazing job dealing with our (pretty messy) home each week. She is hard working and thorough, and the price is extremely reasonable.

As always, Jessica did a wonderful job. I'm already planning to ask her to come again.

Jessica was punctual, worked continuously, was completely professional and did a fantastic job! I provided the cleaning supplies and she provided the hard work. She finished all my windows (smallish house) in 2 hours. I really appreciated how things looked, and she left clean work areas, as well. She kept me updated on appointment time ~ couldn't be happier with her work.

Excellent service. Jessica put in a full day and the place looks great. I will definitely have her back.

She was good. I liked her. She was punctual. She was detailed oriented. It typically took her a half of day and was there for 6-8 hours. She did the whole house.

Jessica provided us with a list of cleaning products she recommended in order to get a good cleaning. She was responsive, prompt, very careful, & did an extremely thorough job. We were really pleased with the results. The house was very clean, looked good, & smelled good. We plan to use her services again.

Jessica is the best. Her communication skills are top-notch and she is extremely detail-oriented. I had my floors re-finished and there was sawdust in every possible nook and cranny in my home. After Jessica was done, I couldn't find a speck of dust, grease, or grime anywhere. I will be using her again.

Jessica emailed and texted me the instructions and cleaning supplies she needed. She was on time and didn't start the clock until she got organized and got the supplies in order. She's a hard worker and worked the whole time the clock was running, which was for 4 hours of service. I'm not sure what more I could ask for.

Jessica could not have been better. She cleaned our house after we sold it and moved out. Everything in the house was sparkling including the windows when she left. I would definitely recommend her. The new owners also appreciated how clean everything looked.

Jessica cleaned very thoroughly and we were overall pleased. Our only caveat is that we are sticklers for everything being exactly back in the same place - but all I had to do was mention this for the next time and Jessica was immediately and agreeably responsive. I would definitely recommend her to others.

I was very satisfied with Jessica's Cleaning Service. She made sure that I got the right supplies-not necessarily the most expensive, but rather those that work the best--a sign she really cares about doing the job right. It had been about six months since my house was cleaned thoroughly, so I needed two four hour sessions to get a deep cleaning. From now on, I will use her twice a month and look forward to a clean house!

First of all, this is the first review I have ever written on Angie's List because I only write reviews when I feel strongly about something. I have also been off Angie's list for years and am just now back on. Jessica has worked with me since Fall of 2011 and has followed me as I have lived in 3 different homes. She comes every two weeks. For the first two years one of her assistants worked with us and then she took over. I can tell that Jessica holds her employees and herself to a high standard. She is professional, flexible, and courteous. I believe her pricing is fair. She prices per job based on square footage and number of rooms. The biggest thing for me having someone in my home, especially when I am not there, is trust. She has never given me any reason to doubt her. I always feel at ease when she is here and know that she values the care of my belongings as I would. I can't speak well of her enough. I am so grateful to have found her and would recommend her to everybody!

Communication was/is good. Jessica emailed a list of supplies her crew would need. Her 2-person crew showed up on time at 8:AM and worked until early evening. Her crew worked every inch of the house including baseboards and corners missed for years. Place looked great once they were done and Jessica has since completed 2 bi-weekly regular services. I?m happy with the service so far and expect to retain Jessica?s services with the service she?s currently providing. House is 2,000 sq ft.

Having been sick for a period of time plus having construction done in the kitchen, the house needed cleaning.  The work was done very well.  Communication was excellent, attitude was great and service was better than promised.  Felt that she did above what many services do.  Have scheduled her for the future.  Just terrific!  Very professional.
