His name is John Hering and he is fantastic. He is 5 stars. It was fantastic pricing. I think that part of the advantage of working with one person like him is that he knows all my plumbing and there are no surprises for him. He knows my house pretty well. He is always on time and always within budget. I don't think I have ever got a bill that was unreasonable and it was always what I expected or less. I have given two different neighbors his number in the last three days.
