They never bothered to show up. The first time my wife called was on a Tuesday and they wanted us to wait until Saturday. Given that this made our back porch uninhabitable, I called them back to explain this was a big problem and we would appreciate their help in taking care of it asap. I was told they could do so on Thursday and I thanked the woman on the phone. Around 5pm Thursday nobody from HomeTeam bothered to come out. I called again and the same woman assured me our home was scheduled by end of business that day. I finally gave up hope around 9PM. No phone call to explain no follow up at all. My wife called again on Friday and this time she was told we were never scheduled for Thursday. Which means either our appointment was deleted or they completely lied when they told us the opposite Tao separate times. Either way you get what kind of company they run. My wife was assured they would be there Saturday. Well here it is Saturday and nobody has bothered to show up or even call to advise. I'd recommended using someone else for your pest control needs. HomeTeam isn't that interested in your business.

They are out once a month. We have used them for several years. Over the last couple of years they have had kind of a, they tend to keep a tech coming back over and over again where we got to know them and they they were changing all the time. But now the same technician comes out all the time so he knows what to look for and this and that. We have it set up where we can call and they are out the next day so that is good. Josh is awesome as a technician. They come out and if there are any issues what so ever so if we see any ants or whatever in between their normal services we can call them as part of our agreement with them and we can call them and they are out within in next 2 to 3 days. It's the maintenance, they come out and take care of the issue before it becomes and issue.

This doesn't keep the termites for coming. They can still come. It's a baiting stations so it alerts you when they are there. If there are termites there, they will change the bait to something that will kill them. They've had to do that once. We've been using them since 2001. We've been using them for 16 years on that and only once did they detect termites. This house had had termites before and we were aware of that. That's the reason that the termite baiting station was already there when we bought the house. Our neighbor had said they had a serious termite problem so I felt like we needed to continue the baiting, the monitoring stations. It monitors whether termites are moving into your property. The house is surrounded by these monitoring stations. They never give you an exact time so you don't know. You just know which day they're coming.

There's a one time cost and a recurring cost. I haven't seen any pest.

My service provider's name is BJs. They are expanding and have offices here too. They are professional and come when they say they are going to. They are friendly and very knowledgable. I can ask them a question and they seem to know about it for example we have wild hogs here and they come out at night and tear up your yard and they know about it. They provide the service in spring, summer and fall.

They're just really professional. They do really a good job.

They've been treating for my pests for a long time.

We had to hire an outside handyman who did take up our deck for us and found a 2 foot hole that an animal had made under our home (pier and beam).   This allowed a squirrel to climb up inside and eventually into our attic.   The handyman fixed the hole and since we have had no other noises or issues.   The problem is that we could not depend on our pest service provider of a year to address, or even diagnose, the problem.   Additionally, on his last visit, our service provider shared racist jokes with us.  We will never use them again.

They were very polite and very professional. They had someone quit which caused them to run behind on schedule, but were still prompt.

They are pretty good.  They may be a little high priced, but I don’t know how they compare with other companies.

I pay about $109 per each quarterly treatment. So far I have been satisfied with their work and have not had any problems. The technician always asks me if there is anything I need; so far they have been very courteous and nice. They have been very professional and I will use them again in the future.

They pre-wired my house so that the treatments can go directly into the interior walls and they don't even have to come into my home to treat the inside.  They have done a great job with mosquito control as I have not seen any mosquitos this year which is very important to me because my daughter is highly allergic to them.  I will continue to use Home Team Pest Defense.

We have a parrot and wanted to make sure any pest control measures would not harm her in any way.  The technician was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable.  He explained what types of insects are most common to our area and the treatment process used to combat and prevent infestation.  He was patient as we asked many questions and made sure we were happy with his service before he left.  We will definitely use this service again.

They are always very polite and thorough. The prices are more reasonable than most that I've seen if you are on their quarterly program.

I pay about $350 a year and they come every three months. They get all of the spider webs and wasp nests off the exterior of the house. I have a new house so there is a tube that goes through the walls and they put the stuff in there to kill off any bugs. I really like that I don’t have spider webs. They always let me know when they are coming but they don’t have to because they just do work on the outside of the house. They call every now and then to see if I am having any issues and I have never had a problem with them.

It is $100 every 3 months. They are responsive to our calls if we need them to come back for something and we have had to call them back in the past. Their prices seem to be right in line with everyone else.

A side from the quarterly service we pay for (about $80 a quarter) they will service our house at any time for no additional charge. For example, today we had them come out to knock down 5 wasps nests we had on our fences and on the house -- two of which we didn't notice until he mentioned them. Not only did the get knocked down but he sprayed for them as well. We contacted a company representative to discuss pricing with us. He met us at the house and not only explained the pricing to us, but also listened to what bug problems we were having and then he educated us on how to solve them. It was more than "we'll kill them!" He also gave us adivce on how to prevent them from coming in the house -- and which ones we needed to watch out for the most! He also listened to our concerns about our pets and we didn't want to have any chemicals that would hurt our pets. He explained that is why they only treat inside as a last resort. While we only had a slight pest problem with wasps and spiders they do it all. Give them a call and you won't be disappointed! They are a very professional company, on time, and work hard to keep bugs out of our house!

I am very happy with them. I think they are a little expensive. I have had one instance of bugs. It was ants in my entry way. They took care of it. I have not had any further problems. If I call them, they are out within a day. I am extremely satisfied with them. They always come the day they are supposed to.

I like that they will come out between the routine sprays to take care of any emergencies. They are very accommodating and respectful. If I call them, they always come out right away.
