Furniture Cleaning
Horrible experience. I purchased a Guardsman Protection plan when I purchased the couch, so this work was performed under that plan. In brief: They picked up my cushion cover at the beginning of June and it was just returned August 2! When I told the tech that it was ok for her to take it with her (she said she could then work on the stain a little each day) I never thought it would take two months! And they did not remove the stain. Most of the time when you call their number, you get voice mail and it takes several days to get a call back. The customer service is so poor. The person who makes and takes the calls had no explanation as to why it took so long or what happened. I have their corporate office involved and, if not for them, I think these people would still have my cushion cover. By the way, since I thought the cover was ruined anyway I washed it myself. The stain came right out! Avoid this company!
