Guardian found a plumbing break in the pvc quickly. Wasted no time in repairing it. They're professional and are relentless in solving the problem.

I had an obstruction of some kind in my skimmer suction line, and could not get the pump to prime. Lee was prompt and professional, and was able to clear the line and get the pump running again. He also removed an unneeded adapter for an old cleaner hose that I had tried unsuccessfully to remove on several occasions. I would definitely use Guardian again should the need arise.

Great company! We figured we had a leak in our pool. I called Guardian and spoke to James. He was very nice and professional. He clearly described what the company would do. His crew came out and were very professional. They diagnosed the problem quickly which was our autofill piped which has cracked. The fixed the leak. Also, they only charged us for the diagnoses with no extra costs. Great experience

Guardian Pool did an excellent job. James promptly scheduled his team to come out to identify the location of the leak. They were on-time and honest about what they found. Since the issue could not be resolved same day, they temporarily stopped the leaking, so we would not lose anymore water until they could come back out. James called with an estimate of the work that was required, and he was upfront that the cost and the time to repair could vary dependent on what they find, when they start digging and get a good look at the lines. Two days later, Guardian was back on-site to fix the issue. They fixed the issue much quicker than expected, and as a result, the final cost was on the low end of the estimate. Guardian was friendly and honest throughout the process. I definitely will use them again for the next repair.

The technician arrived promptly and begin the work of replacing our 1.5 HP pool pump.  He did this quickly, less than hour or so.  I asked him if I could watch him as he cleaned the DE filter so that I could learn to do this on my own.  He was very helpful giving me tip after tip so that I would be encouraged to try it myself.  Unfortunately, by evening, it was evident that there were small leaks in the plumbing entering the pump and around the filter seal. 

Guardian Pools responded with apology and pledged to return first thing Monday morning.

They were prompt on Monday and quickly resolved the leaks.  Our pressure relief valve on top of the filter was cracked and was also leaking. It looked like something I could do myself, so the guys showed me how to fix it.  Everything looked good so the team left.  Unfortunately, once again, some small leaks returned by evening. 

We could tell from the way the team was working, that this problem was highly unusual.  At this point, Guardian Pools decided to send out James (the owner/founder) to troubleshoot the issue.  We were not at home when he came by, but James called me to let me know he was working and when he had finished.  He repaired all of the leaks in less that 40 minutes.

James also replaced the pressure release value, pressure gauge and the filter tank's o-ring free of charge.  He then cleaned up the pool equipment before leaving.

When I arrived that evening, I was surprised at well our equipment looked!  The new pump was so quiet with no leaks!!

Naturally, I would have preferred to have my original work completed the first time, but from time to time, things don't always go according to plan.  This gives me an opportunity to find out what kind of business I'm dealing with.  I was really impressed with the team James has put together, from Becky on the phones to his team of experienced technicians on the field.

I could/should write more notes about the way Guardian makes your problem their problem.  Our family can depend on Guardian Pools to help us get the most out of our family pool.

The original contractor, Paul Miller Custom Pools, refused to discuss the problems with the drains he installed.  I called one of his subcontractors and they referred me to Guardian Pools.  James Geddie, with Guardian made a visit and provided a free estimate.  I agreed and the work was scheduled and completed two days later in a couple of hours.  The crew was prompt, professional, wore shirts with the company logo and spoke English.  They did the work exactly as agreed and cleaned up after completion.
