Great experience. Needed a spring clean-up, removing weeds, cutting back shrubs and installing mulch. Sales rep walked my property with me taking notes on each shrub, bush, plant and how they should be trimmed. Crew did a super job following the notes and cleaning up. Very pleased and will be using them for all my fall & spring clean-up needs.

I've used Grassperson for the past few years to maintain my landscaping including mulch work and fall clean-up of leaves. They run their business in a very professional way. On my initial consultation we walked around the house looking at each plant, bush and shrub asking how I would like it to be maintained. I was thoroughly impressed. Just as impressive is the fact that the crew follows those notes completely and I've never been disappointed. While they may not be the cheapest, I doubt anyone does it better. Well worth the extra few dollars.

Mike, one of the supervisors came to the house early and answered any questions that I had. Sam, and his crew arrived on time and began work immediately. They knew just what to do and worked non stop to complete the job. They even put the extra sod in areas that needed it. They were professional and did an amazing job! One of the sprinkler heads wasn't working properly and they returned first thing the next morning for it to be repaired. I would definitely use them again.

We've used Grassperson in Flower Mound for the last several years, and recommend them enthusiastically.
We are very busy with jobs and travel, and so Grassperson's awesome level of service was extremely helpful. Unlike many other service companies, they effectively manages things for you, putting your yard on a default schedule for transitioning in and out of winter, notifying you when it's time to consider changing out plantings, etc. I never had to think about it. If it was time to do something, I got an email. Gordon Rainey, our contact, is always professional and quick to respond.
I found their charges to be fair and reasonable, particularly given the better level of service we received. They were very conscientious about quotes, handling of payment, etc., and I was perfectly comfortable with them having my credit card number on file.

Quite well in less than ideal conditions. It was 45 degrees with a 20 mph north wind, but they got in there and dug everything up, brought in some beautiful soil full of organic material, brought some expanded shale to help with the clay. Sam and Mike were really nice, I felt bad about the weather, but they had been rained out 3 times already and wanted to get it done. Even did some extra digging that I hadn't anticipated. Really happy with these guys and their choice of materials. The stones are beautiful, and the soil is incredible, I'm going to have so much fun with these new spaces.

The price is more than I want to pay but Grassperson service and quality of work is certainly worth the price. I had used a national company for my weed/fertilizing service and weeds were thriving and grass was dying. Grassperson turned that situation around within a couple of weeks. The crew is professional, uniformed, and quick but provides quality results. My lawn/landscaping is very basic but I am proud every day of how my yard looks when I come home from work.

I called for an estimate and someone came out the next day. I received a quote by EMail and signed up for regular service. Our lawn looks better than it has in years and the price is very reasonable.

Grassperson does a GREAT job. Consistent, reliable, timely, work as expected. I use them for my regular lawn maintenance as well as for special projects like this when I know I can't get it done by myself.

Because I travel quite a bit, I setup the appointment 3 weeks in advance. They charged me a $50 advanced fee on work to be performed. They called the day before and cancelled the appointment due to commitments to put up Christmas lights that were taking longer than planned. The change was problematic for my schedule since it now required me to alter my business travel schedule again to accommodate the change. The day before they were supposed to show up again, they called to asked if they could come out on a different day or later in the day. I told them to come out at the appointed time or not to come out at all. When they finally came out they were thorough and helpful. They replaced three broken sprinkler heads and adjusted several that were not covering areas of the front and backyard very well. I was told I would be invoiced and could pay the bill minus the advanced fee of $50. I paid the outstanding balance only to find they had charged the balance on my credit card and now they would have to send me a check for the overpayment. While the work was satisfactory, the professionalism of the company, their scheduling buffoonery, and billing practices left an extremely bad taste in my mouth. I will not use them again.

They come every other week. They do fantastic work. When they cut the grass in the backyard, they even cleaned the pool. They are very quick to provide estimates, when I ask them for something. They provide estimates and they get approval. I can pay online, and I can approve estimates online. Michelle is the woman, who works at the front desk has an amazing customer service. She is awesome.

I spent about $150 on the job. I did not dislike anything about them. I liked the service. The guy, who came out, was very informative and helpful. They were on time. The quality and effectivexness were what I had expected. The price was fine. I will use them again in the future.

I spoke with Brian first hand to let him know what I was looking for. I told him I had gotten a few bids and wanted to consider his company too. His quote was a little high at first but he adjusted it some and we were in business. He was patient to address all my questions as I hadn't had lights professionally installed before. I was keen on using someone local who runs a brick and mortar store as well. That way, if things go wrong, you can go in and discuss things. Also wanted this so that I could know he would be around next year when I want them up. Some fly by night installation teams aren't around next year and you can't find them. After a little initial confusion about the fact that I wanted them up at end of T Day week, Brian assured me they would. And, they came out and did them early for me. A HUGE Bonus to me!!!! When the timer failed to operate properly the first night, Brian responded very promptly to my emails and got a new one up and running very quickly. I give them A+ on the responsiveness to all inquiries. Grassperson fulfilled all my expectations and even exceeded them. I will use them again next year.

They were very friendly and completed the work very quickly. After the work was complete we had them come back to move one tree without any problems. Within a month one sprinkler head of the irrigation system blew and they had it fixed within hours. They guaranteed the plant for 1 year and after that time came back to replace anything that did not survive. We have them back twice a year to clean up flowerbeds, weed and add mulch.
