We were very pleased with the service. The owner, Gary Fincher, scheduled a repair time that fit our schedule. He was on time, professional, and knowledgeable. He repaired the door quickly and for a very reasonable price. The door is old & he made some suggestions on what will probably be needed next.

Well enough. He came exactly when he said he would, and had the job done in about 30 min.

Very well --- the young man was prompt, personable, very polite and patient with my questions. I wish I could remember the service techs name as I would recommend the company and the service tech to my friends and neighbors in Lewisville

Cory came out to my house and diagnosed the problem with my 13 year old Geni. Problem was with the motor. Either it was burned out or another mechanism within it was broken. Previously had a garage door repairman to my home for same reason so I was familiar with the situation. Long story short, not repairable, needed to be replaced. 
He was able to give me a quote on a couple of new openers and listed my options. He could install a new one that his company sells or he could install one I could buy at Home Depot or Lowes. My choice.
While the previous Geni I bought at Home Depot had lasted this long, I felt it better to use one of the Geni units his company sells for reasons I will not go into detail here. We were able to arrange a time and agreed on model that he would deliver and install two days later.
Two days later he showed up on time and installed the unit. From a previous conversation he made adjustments to the door that made it function better for my home. The garage door works much better and is a lot quieter than before. 
Big thanks to Cory and his fine work. I highly recommend him and his business for your garage door repair.

I called on Thursday morning and left a message. I received a call back within a couple of hours. Cory came out that afternoon, and diagnosed the coupler that had been stripped and ordered the replacement part, and gave me an estimate of the next afternoon to come and complete the repair. I received a call around 4 p.m. Friday afternoon to let me know that they still had not received the replacement part, and was told they would be out the next morning. I received a call Saturday, right after 10, letting me know that he was on his way. He had the door repaired and back up in running in about 30 minutes. Fantastic job.

He was very responsive.  I called at opening time on Saturday and left a message.  He returned the call within 10 minutes and set up a time to come to the house within my schedule.  He showed up on time and finished the work very quickly.  Very professional service, which I will use again.

It's a father and son team. I called him at around 5.30am and he said he would be here right up. He's awesome! He's very prompt, extremely courteous and doesn't try to sell sell us things that we don't need. He comes out, sees the problem and fixes it. That's all. He's also made some adjustments and hasn't charged us for it.

A bit late in getting this review done but wanted to make sure I got it in. I cannot say enough good things about this company. From the first moment I contacted Cory it was a great experience. Great communication, answered many questions, amazing job and price. Cory even programmed my car remote. I will never use anyone else. Use them, you will not be disappointed!!!!

On time. Didn't take long.

These guys are GREAT. Arrived exactly on time, Cory was fantastic, went above and beyond what I expected, fixed the opener then stapled the wires that had come loose as lubed the door. Best service I have ever had on a garage door.

He came immediately. He was very professional. He earned my confidence and I will use this service again.

He did not try to sell me stuff that I didn't need. Very polite and professional. The door works fine. I will definitely use them again.

Cory came out to us within an hour of calling. He quickly diagnosed the problem, and ordered the parts required. The parts got held up on the truck which was coming from the manufacturer of Genie parts in Ohio where they had just experienced a very bad snow storm, so...we had to wait a couple of days to get the parts and get them fitted. However, Cory kept us informed of the situation every day, and he was true to his word and came out to fit the parts as soon as he received them. Cory was very courteous, he did a great job and we are very pleased with the service we received. I can highly recommend this company if you have garage door problems.

My husband and I are extremely happy with the way the service call went. I called this morning and they were out here within an hour. You can not ask for more than that. Gary was professional and very efficient. I would recommend him in a heart beat. I just wish that I knew about him earlier. I would have called them for other issues with my garage door opener.

I called Garys' number found here on Angies' List around Noon yesterday and by 1:00 or so he was on the scene. My garage door had begun coming off the track and - with the assistance of the electric garage door opener - dismantling itself.
Gary quickly identified the problem. He straightened what bent, replaced a weakened component, put on a new roller, adjusted the spring, adjusted the tracks, lubricated the whole thing and even figured out hot how to program the remote in my truck for the opener (I had tried for hours) - and all in about an hour and change. The price was more than fair, and my garage door is working better than it has in years.
Gary is a true professional. I gather from our discussion his father started the business, and has retired - but now Gary and his son Cory are at the wheel. It is clear Gary is proud of his work; I believe Gary's dad could be nothing but proud of the job they are doing.
