They are a great company. We had some warranty issues about a year and a half later and they came out and fixed everything even though the warranty was not valid anymore. They were very efficient, on time, polite, and did a great job.

The price was very reasonable, as I was only doing 3 bedrooms and 2 extra closets (the rest of the house is tile or hardwood) to get my house ready to put on the market. I did the measurements, went in and talked to the guy at the store, and he said they would send someone out to measure. It was going to take 2 days, and I needed to get it ordered and installed, so he explained to me how to get good measurements. I re-measured 2 more times, and still only came out about 20 sf difference with rounding up as he instructed. I gave him the measurements, and he calculated the sf + 10% which equaled my calculations plus a little more - 720 sf.
The day of the install, they were prompt and started right away and they did a good job on the installation. I had to leave for an appt and my mom stayed at the house. I asked her to not let them forget the closets. She called and said they were all yelling into their phones that there was not enough carpet, and then the sales guy called me and said "you measured wrong, there is not enough carpet." First words he says. When I told him I measured multiple times, and that there should have been plenty of carpet, he got the manager on the phone, and his first words were "you measured wrong." There was no discussion about any other possible error, it was automatically my fault, and that I was to pay for the full 720 sf. I told them I wanted to see all the carpet that was left, and they instructed their installers to bring it to them, but I had no way of knowing where it had really gone.
Before I made final payment, I measured twice again. This time, I didn't measure closets and entries separate, I measured everything as if there were no walls...which actually calculated two large closets twice (appr. 42 sf)! I still only came out to about 690. When I went in, they once again insisted that I had measured incorrectly (he tried to explain that there was a special way to measure, and I told him it is L x W...not rocket science!) and that they had paid for 720 sf, so I was to pay for 720 sf. I tried to explain that perhaps their distributor didn't give the correct amount, or that their installers had taken extra....they would not consider that it was anyone's fault but mine. I told them the only thing we knew for sure was how much carpet was actually installed in my home, and that's what I paid them for, including the double measurement of the closets. It was only a difference of about $93, but it was the principal of the thing. One of the worst customer relations experiences I have had!

AWFUL. Lied to over and over. Floor installers installed floor crooked and we are having to have it fixed. Backordered portion of wood is over a month later than what we were told. We had to call mfg ourselves directly to get truthful answers. Also hired them to do a floor stain and it was awful. I'm not sure the person had ever stained before. We are having to pay to get that redone as well. Overall just a horrible, unprofessional, experience.

Floor N More has our money and we do not have anything for it! They have had our funds for over a month! We have requested a refund but continue to get excuses and a terrible run around! I have never been lied to by a business as much as this one. Buyers Beware! If you decide to do business with them please don't give them any money until services are performed in full! They have five locations and are owned by one man "Mo". I spoke to him directly and requested him to fulfill their promise and complete the contact. After he would not, I asked for my money back. He requested that I contact him by email and not to call him! So he is aware and has not been helpful! He will not return calls. Initially, they provided a great quote on Granite Counters. We thought we'd save a few hundred dollars!! They measured. They asked for half up front. They gave us several Reputable granite slab locations to choose from. After going to one on their list and picking out the contracted color... Floor N More informed us that the cost from that granite location was more. So we asked how much more and were told over 50% more... Same color as the sample we took to them for the estimate. They gave us two options: 1. Pay $1700.00 more or 2. Pick granite from one of the other granite suppliers So off we went to the next recommended and the next... Needless to say after four weekends and picking granite at various different locations we continued to be told that we needed to give them more money. We have requested our money back, and have been told the check will be delivered from their Rockwall location to the Lewisville location Saturday! Monday, Tuesday and finally today I was told they would bring it to our home. Still NO REFUND and NO GRANITE We now have an attorney involved, just to try and get our $1,515.00 back. Please buyers beware!

Cindy from the Lewisville store was very helpful in selecting the correct color for our new granite. I was by Carol to set up an appointment. I was scheduled for 1pm on Monday. At 2:30 the installers finally showed up. My wife had requested that the installers be able to speak english. One installer spoke no english and the second installer spoke limited english. After 5 hours they finally completed the installation of my countertops. I told the main installer that I wanted to keep all of my old hardware that I would be reinstalling. They handed me all of my hardware in a plastic bag and it wasn't untill after they left that I discovered that they had taken all of my drains and I had to go to Homedepot to buy 3 new drains. I then went to work installing my new waterfall faucets. Once under the sink I found out that when they drilled the faucet holes they also drilled thru the lip of my new sinks making it impossible to install the new faucet. After another trip to Homedepot I was able to find a faucet that had hardware that would allow me to install utilizing the holes drilled thru the lip of my sink. This company had the best price for granite but left alot to be desired on the installation crew. Cindy at the Lewisville store was the only bright spot in this ordeal

I was most impressed. It's not a fancy store, but they have a great selection and discount prices, which saves us almost $1000 from another company's estimate. Very conscientious, very reliable, and very responsive when we had questions. The owner's name is Abdul and he is very anxious to please his customers and he has his own preferred installers who were absolutely outstanding. He is also a member of the BBB. We could not be happier with the entire process.
