About us
Five Star Pool Service is a family owned company run by solely by Jim Albright. Free estimates are provided for weekly pool maintenance. Billing is once a month at a flat rate for services done in the month prior. Additional charges are accessed for routine filter cleans, equipment repairs, replacement parts and labor on a pre-approved basis. All billing is set up with credit card authorization and payments are processed on the first of each month. Flat rate billing is set up on a monthly basis for a 50 week year. Five Star Pool Service takes the week of Thanksgiving and the week of Christmas off. Clients are only billed for 4 wks in a month. 50 weeks per year. Five Star Pool Service will diagnose, replace only the necessary parts, and repair the following common pool equipment issues and many more: Filters Pumps Motors Timers Valves Heaters Pool repair service calls for regular customers are $75 for diagnosis and will be applied to the needed pool repair or service. Pool repair rates are $40/hr plus cost of parts needed to complete repair and will be due when repairs are completed. Diagnosis fees are waved if you are a regular pool maintenance customer (weekly pool service with Five Star Pool Service) a repair rate of $40/hr and cost of parts needed to complete repair will be due at the time of service and will not be billed.
