Eric's Carpet Care

His pre-scrubber would not work, so he cleaned them as anyone else would.  His bid was higher than the others, I hired him originally b/c of the pre-scrubbing.  My carpets are still very damp the next day, fans & a/c all going, it will probably be at least another day before they are dry enough to put everything back.  My carpets feel sticky, I am hoping that goes away when totally dry.  When I asked if he would adjust the invoice b/c I didn't receive all of the services he promised to provide he became very hostile and only offered me 10% off $30 from a $300 invoice).  He did show up on time.  I hired him b/c he has excellent reviews.  Perhaps I caught him on a bad day (we all have them).  I would never hire him again and if you do, hope you get him on a good day.  He is probably more professional and more reasonable on a good day.
