They took three rugs and took over a month.  We did not hear from them after a month and became concerned.  We went and checked, they said it would be another week.  We were fine with that, they finally called two week later and my wife went to pick them up.  The lady at the front desk said, we're going to keep one and work on it some more.  When we returned home, we laid out one of the rugs and one of them smelled like urine.  She took it back and they did not seem pleased to see her.  They called a couple of weeks later and said they were done. (two months later)  We picked them up again and they still both smell like urine.   We have been trying to air them out in our garage.  I would not ever do business with this company again, nor would I recommend them.

I've never had them before, but after the first time, I would definitely call them again. There were two nice men that came out. The job they did was fine and they were very polite young men.

Arrived on time . very polite Two strong young men completed the job. Very professional and redid areas I felt needed alittle more attention. Was Happy with the end result. Will call again and refer to friends and family. Used a coupon I found in a local magazine because of Angie's List. It helped

I just moved into a 2-story home with an old, but not worn carpet, that had several badly stained areas. They pre-treated the stains and heavily-soiled areas and spent extra time cleaning them. They were punctual, courteous, careful, thorough, and finished in a timely fashion--and the carpet dried within the time they specified. They charged the price I was quoted over the phone with no extra sales pitch to add more charges. They told me that some of the oil spots might return. If that happened, I just needed to give them a call and they would come back to re-spot and re-clean at no extra charge. They cleaned the carpet so well that I'll not have to replace it any time soon. I was exceedingly pleased with all aspects of our transaction.

They did a good job on the carpet cleaning. We have had them come at least 3 times. They are fast, and they always do a good job. They also have a coupon that we get from a magazine that makes the price even more reasonable. They were also on time.

THEY WERE AT MY HOUSE ON TIME WHICH SHOWS GREAT RESPONSIVENESS. THEY WERE WELL ORGANIZED WITH ALL THE EQUIPMENT THEY HAD. THEY DID NOT INTERFERE WITH MY DAILY ACTIVITY AND THEY REPLACED ALL THE FURNITURE IN THE RIGHT PLACE.

THEY ARE ALWAYS HERE WHEN THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO BE AND THEY GET RIGHT TO WORK. THE PRICES ARE REASONABLE AND THEY DO SUPERB WORK. THE CARPETS ALWAYS LOOK NEW WHEN THEY ARE FINISHED. THEY NEVER LEAVE UNTIL THEY ARE SATISFIED WITH THEIR WORK.

THEY ARE VERY COMPETITIVE WITH THEIR PRICES. THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL, AND THE QUALITY OF THEIR WORK IS EXCELLENT. THEY WANTED TO MAKE SURE THE CARPETS WERE AS CLEAN AS THEY COULD GET THEM. THEY WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL.

THEY WERE RESPECTFUL AND THEY ACCEPTED A COUPON FOR A DISCOUNT. THE CARPETS LOOKED BRAND NEW BY THE TIME THEY WERE FINISHED. THEY TOOK THEIR TIME TO MAKE SURE THEY WERE DONE RIGHT.

THE MEN WERE VERY PROMPT AND WORKED QUICKLY TO GET EVERYTHING DONE. THE WORK WAS SUPERB IN EVERY WAY. THEY DIDN'T BOTHER MY WIFE AND ME AND WERE VERY COURTEOUS. THERE'S NOTHING ELSE TO SAY, IT WAS A GOOD EXPERIENCE.
