Design Floors just made my dream floors come into reality. After water damage, my hardwood floors had to be replaced in the kitchen and restored in the rest of the house. They are stunning! I cannot thank them enough for the workmanship and professional installation. Every person that was part of this experience was professional and dedicated to making this a smooth and beautiful outcome. I am always hesitant to use a company that I do not know much about, but after reading the reviews on Design Floors I am so thankful this was the company I chose. Our hardwood floors were a hot mess and they are now the showcase of our home. with perfect color staining, intricate matching and a beautiful polish.

We had to replace most of the flooring in our home due to water damage. Rholetta was very patient as I went through tons of options. I decided to go with new tile flooring through the living areas, as this was the second flood damage in 5 years. I needed 1000 sf of glue down flooring removed and replaced. The installers were prompt by 8 am every morning. They were always smiling and friendly. This was a hard time for me with so much flooring being replaced I was basically confined to my master bedroom with 2 cats and no kitchen whenever the flooring was waiting to dry. But it was worth it. They took extra care of my home and personal belongings. They cleaned up after themselves every day. The installation itself is perfect. I know I will love this for years to come.

2 workers came @10:15am. Before they installed the carpet, I was asked to see if the carpet is the color, I ordered. They were here just about 2 hours.

It went very well. The 2 workers work very efficient. I’ll hire them again if I decide to do the upstairs.

After narrowing our search to four A rated companies on Angie's List , Design Floor's professional, friendly and knowledgable staff made our decision easy. We chose a slate-like porcelain tile for our outdoor verandah floor and are extremely happy with the beautiful appearance as well as the entire installation process. The excellent quality of the the work was top notch from start to finish. Their commitment to customer service was outstanding thru the entire installation and I was impressed with the installers' neatness on the job. I highly recommend them would not hesitate to use them in the future.

I can not say enough about how good this business is and how much I recommend them. They are reasonably priced, they were responsive to all my VERY MANY questions, punctual, work was done very quickly, excellent craftsmanship, cleaned up after themselves, pleasant and professional, I previously had a very bad experience with Lowes when I had granite and a new back splash installed in my kitchen so I was very wary about who to use to renovate my bathrooms. I started by letting Design Floors do the tile on the floors in my master bathroom. I was so impressed by how well that went that I had them do all the rest of my bathroom renovations. They put new tile on the floors, replaced the baseboards, new counter tops, tiled one shower and tub surround, and converted another shower from a tub/shower combo to a walk in shower. EXCELLENT COMPANY !!!

The whole process was a great experience, from the day we set foot on their showroom to the day the installers finished the installation. The installers were super fast but did an amazing job installing our new engineered wood floors. Would definitely hire again and highly recommend them. You have to understand that I am one picky person that really is a stickler for the details being done correctly and Design Floors really delivered! A++

Excellent, detailed work, and true craftsmanship! Was not sure if the job would be finished on schedule but no worries it was completed exactly when they said it would happen. This was one of the best tile crews I have ever seen, and the next trade person who came through asked who had done the work- they also noticed the quality workmanship. Went well after the planking finally arrived from the factory,

Design floors (Paul Owens) was great in helping us select tile, get estimate and schedule installation. The installer, Anvir, was extremely competent and helpful, he removed old tile, built out shower wall, and installed with minimal disruption and no mess. I can't say enough about the quality of his work! Their cost was considerably less than other estimate.

Only issue encountered was that carpet installers didn't show up on the day they were scheduled and no one called to tell us they wouldn't make it that day. However, they did their best to make it right and our carpet was installed the next day.

We used the Keller location to replace the flooring in our 3000 square foot home.  Judy was very instrumental in assisting us with our choices as we went into the store with almost no idea what we wanted.  The crews all very punctual.   The only problem we had with the crew, and this was by no means a huge issue, was that twice they arrived without the crew lead.  We are not bi-lingual and neither was the crew so it presented a bit of a problem but was easily solved with phone calls.  We also had a problem with the finish on the hardwoods but Design Floors immediately sent people to correct the issue and now we love our floors.  We especially love the tile Judy suggested for the bathrooms and laundry room.  Had it been left to me I probably would have selected something different so we are thankful for her input.  If we had any more flooring to replace I would not hesitate to use them again.

We purchased 950 square feet of carpeting to replace flooring in 3 bedrooms.  We worked with Mr. Tommy Royal at the Design Floors store in Keller, TX.  We had shopped around and thought we had found what we wanted; however, when we discussed our requirements with Mr. Royal, he listened carefully, took the time to explain the differences between carpet options, and suggested several products that would meet our needs.  In all our shopping around prior to visiting Design Floors, we had not received such a thorough carpet "education".  When it was time to pursue the next phase of updating our home's flooring, we solicited 4 bids to replace 1150 square feet of engineered pre-finished wood that had been purchased from and improperly installed by a different company.  We vetted all bidders through the Better Business Bureau, friends who had completed recent projects, etc.  All bids were competitive so, having had such a positive experience with Design Floors for our carpet purchase / installation, we again sought out Mr. Royal at Design Floors.  Bottomline, we are thoroughly satisfied with our hand-scraped solid wood flooring.

The installation crews for both our carpeting and wood flooring projects were outstanding.  They minimized dust issues (e.g., from removing old carpet and padding, hand-scraping, and sanding).  They cleaned the work areas at the end of each work day.  They did not cause any damage to walls, windows, etc.

All personnel with whom we interacted for these projects were professional, courteous, and genuinely interested in meeting our requirements.  I would not hesitate to use Design Floors in any future projects.
