Overall it went very well. I called on a Saturday. Reece was very punctual, had a replacement part in his van, and completed the repair expertly. The repaired deadbolt works perfectly.

The company was responsive and promptly setup an appointment. The locksmith was kind and efficient. We had the locks installed and he advised against spending extra money on a deadbolt. I appreciated the locksmith's honesty in this regard. Furthermore he provided additional sets of keys which were more than ordinarily included in the a standard service. All around they were pleasant to work with.

The broken vend machine needed to be repaired before my finding a new location for the machine. I have a prospect and want to be ready with a quality machine. Placed calls to locksmiths on the Angie's list and found Lock Doctors which had been rated A. They were very prompt and knowledgeable. Another company did not deal with vending machines. One other's bid was a bit high. And the others did not return my call. I had a tech from Lock Doctor at my location to see the problem within the hour, after my initial calls to all of the locksmiths. Reece was the technician and was top notch on assessing the situation and repairing the broken lock. He was very professional and got the job done. I would refer this company to anyone needing locksmith service.
