Great Management, very friendly and efficient.

I have liked this company and have a long standing relationship with them.  The business was sold in early January.  New owners are not at all responsive.  They did not show up for their monthly cleaning for the second time in two months.  I should not have to call to remind them which day I am scheduled.  They have not contacted me to reschedule.  Very disappointing.

The cleaning I have been receiving from them in the last year is not consistent and I am not sure I can live with their new unreliability.  I am checking around for other services.

Initially it went well and the teams were attentive. There was a change of management and the cleaning teams became different every week. When they initially started the provided s list of weekly services to be performed but after the change the level of service and time spent cleaning decreased and I found myself cleaning after they left. After almost a year and half decided that I needed to find another service provider with a higher level of attention to detail.

I have been using Cottage Care for several years now and until recently I have been fairly happy with their service. Apparently, they are under new management, and it has all gone downhill. They rush to get everything done, forget to clean a ton of things and literally "push" things aside instead of picking them up. When I asked them why (I wanted to give them a chance to answer) her reply was a simple "we are on a time crunch and don't have time to do that". Needless to say, we will never use them again and I definitely miss the old management.

In the past few months our family has been going through a tough time with my husband being quite ill.  He passed away last week.....  in the last few times that Cottage Care came to clean they had to gently work around my husband who was in hospice care by then.... The workers took great care to work around him and make sure his comfort was not compromised.
Their care and kindness toward our family continued  through his death and until the day of his funeral... When I called for extra help in a very hard time and on short notice they did not hesitate to be of assistance...

Cedric is the person that cleans my house and is truly outstanding! He goes above and beyond every time and I could not be happier with his work. He he extremely detailed and thorough in everything he does and is very personable too! I have had a few companies clean my house before, but none have come close to as good as this one.

When I spoke to Betty she quoted me $177.00 for a deep clean. The girls showed up and proceeded to clean my house superficially. I have never spent this much money for a deep clean, so I expected to be wowed, needless to say, I was not. I have had people clean my house for half the price and did a much better job.

Cottage Care did an excellent job and we will definitely use them again. One person did all the cleaning and she did a very thorough job on everything. She was very pleasant and anxious to please. The supervisor, Betty, stopped by in the middle of the job to be sure we were satisfied. They provided a list ahead of time of what would be done and all of it and some extra was completed. Wonderful experience.

Cottage Care came and did an initial cleaning, at a higher cost of course, the first time. Now they come on a regular schedule, which they are good at sticking to and take care of the general maintenance of the house. They are pleasant and respectful of us and our belongings. We've never had a problem with them or their work.
