Cosme Sanchez Favela Painting

We had to fire one painter who didn't show up and also was spraying paint over piles of sawdust. I called Cosme and he was able to start the next day and was so happy and enthusiastic. He saw what the other guy had done and promised he would make everything perfect. At first, he was very responsive and his workers were one time. They painted for two solid days and Cosme asked for his payment so he could pay his workers. Because he was so responsive and great attitude, we paid him in full before he was finished with all of the touchups and promised to come back in two days to finish. Big mistake on our part...looking back was a stupid decision to pay before the job was 100%turn key. We actually found so much once we were in different lighting that wasn't painted well and blue taped up the room to have him correct. He didn't show up at the promised day to complete the work and suddenly became harder to get ahold of. Finally showed up and sanded down the areas that needed touching up and started the blame game. It was the other painter, the carpenter did a bad job.....wanted to take no accountability for anything. He saw what he had to work with from the start and said he could make it all perfect. He promised to come back on Saturday and finish. Completely blew us off, no phone call and no show..........still after a week now....not one word from him. We had to finish the paint job ourselves. For a $2000 paint job.........absolutely unacceptable. Poor service and attitude. Just unbelievable that he left us with his mess to cleanup and finish ourselves.
