Water was covering our water meter box. When Kelly showed up, he grabbed a pail and a soda can and bailed out the water. He pulled the mud out with his hands so that he could get a good look at the water meter. He immediately spotted the problem -- there was a small leak at the junction of the water meter and the pipe to our house. He quoted me a price of $200 + materials and headed off to get the parts he needed. He returned promptly and fixed the problem area. He showed me where the pipe from our house had become bent at the junction to the water meter causing the leak. Kelly was prompt, fast and professional.

I highly recommend Kelly. We were remodeling a 20 year old house to put it on the market, and Kelly worked around some of our projects to meet our needs. His response time was very quick and he came several evenings to make sure he could get our jobs completed on our timeline.

Kelly came out within a few hours of my phone call and did the work. He showed up on-time, and was professional. It was raining out, and he had to make repeated trips in and out to his truck, but was sure to put on booties each and every time. He was finished with the work in about an hour, and everything was fixed as requested. He was very pleasant and let me know what he would do, and how he would do it. I would definitely use Clear Water Plumbing in the future for plumbing work.

The representative from this company was very friendly! I called him and was panicked because the drains in the house I just bought were backing up everywhere! Once he calmed me down and said he would be right out...and he was! I can't tell you how glad I was to see his truck pull into my drive. He cleared out the drains and we have yet to have any more problems. I would definitely hire this plumbing service again! I am planning to upgrade my hot water heaters soon and this will be the company I call. They have excellent customer service and their prices were cheaper than any I found.
