"We're Sorry that Member was unsatisfied with her cleaning, however the coupon she purchased was for 4 Man-Hours of cleaning. In the cleaning Industry, it is standard to charge per hour per person, 4 Man-Hours would be 2 individuals cleaning for 2 hours. This was explained to her at least 2 times. Im the owner of the business, i cleaned the home, it was in very poor condition, and we did as much as we could during our time there. We spent 1 hour in each bathroom, 1 hour dusting the common areas of the home, and 1 hour vaccuuming and cleaning blinds and baseboards. We left a note indicating the few things we could not get to, Upon arriving at the home I informed the home owner that given the condition and size of the home it wasnt likely that we would be able to complete the entire home, and that additional hours were available for purchase at the extremely discounted rate, We were instructed to focus on the bathrooms and the common rooms of the home, that's what we did."
