+ 0 moreIt went badly. I think that really 2 people don't do 4 hours of work. They did not clean the kitchen sink. They did not mop the entry hall. When I sent an email to say I was not happy with the service no one got back to me. Today when I finally called and put a bad review someone called me back and started being rude and saying I did not understand Math. They did not say sorry or try to fix it with their 100% satisfaction gurantee. They just kept saying I did not understand Math. I finally just hung up. I do understand math and cleaning. I have owned a Commerical Janitorial Company for 31 years. I also understand customer service.
Description of Work: They were terrible. I bought a Urban Dallas Special. The sent 2 people which was suppose to be 4 hours of cleaning. In that amount of time they did not even clean the kitchen sink.
