Myles was very professional, informative, and presented several logical solutions dependent on practical implementation issues. Myles and his installers were very flexible, informed me regarding implementation discovery issues and presented several solutions to allow me to choose. Equipment selection was also very flexible and dependent upon practical installation issues. Equipment suggested was all top quality. I was not left with purchasing equipment included in the original project estimation which turned out not to be used or practical. Also ran into a slight single line problem discovered after installation was completed. This latter issue was also handled very professionally and the faulty line was replaced in a timely manner to my satisfaction. I was very impressed by the whole process and would use them again for any future computer and/or home audio/video household project.

Kevin Murphy did a great job. He got everything up and running. He also helped us select a new Universal remote for a reasonable price and took the time to link it with our various components.
