The job went really well. This was a tough job from the beginning, since this is a really old historical house and the floors were really thin. Boule needed to be very careful sanding and they were. Secondly, the flooring is an unusual width, so that they had to hand cut some planks. First look at the floor when these guys finished was a BIG WOW from me the building owner and with my company's staff! Great job, they started exactly when we scheduled it and they finished on time with a great work product. Wish I had more wood floors for these guys to work on.

The process went extremely smoothly. The crew  was very knowledgable, courteous and did an excellent job. Showed up on time and everything was completed as scheduled. I was worried about the amount of dust in the process but the dust was minimal and clean up after was not as bad as I imagined.

I love him. We were out of town when they did the work. We also know these people; they are local people. We were comfortable leaving town and having them in our house. They took really good care of our furniture, put it away safely, and did a good job. They kept the rest of the house clean. The floors are absolutely gorgeous. They did a terrific job.

We called to have the wood floors in our 55+ year old house refinished. Boule was very prompt and friendly in everything. They told us that they used equipment that kept dust to a minimum but blocked off the non-hardwood areas also. They did a fantastic job! The floors look fabulous and the new shoe moulding they installed looks great and matches the flooring. We thought it would look good, but WOW were we surprised! We were not able to be there for most of the time and they were very trustworthy and professional, as well as resourceful in helping us choose a color. Cleaned up after themselves and everything looks great. We will definitely use them again should the need arise.

I cannot say enough wonderful things Boule Floors. Have this work done while living in the home is a difficult experience. I was properly prepared what to expect and there were no surprises! Additionally, the salesperson went to a model home with me so I could show him exactly what I wanted. The work involved matching the existing hardwood floors in my home, and hardly anyone can tell the difference. The project manager was on site daily and was very helpful. I will use them again when I extend the hardwoods further in my home.
