Barnett's Chem Dry

She moves the small furniture herself. She is real friendly and loves to visit while she cleans. She does a real good job. If there is a spot that does not get cleaned, she will go and get another product and use it until the spot comes out. She was able to remove some spots that other companies could not get out.

I called Barnett's after looking up ratings for carpet cleaners in my area. I thought for sure that my carpet was a lost cause, so the end result really shocked me. Not only did it come clean, but it dried amazingly fast and smelled wonderful (for my 4 kids that are ready to stomp all over it again, hah). Neva was professional, efficient and so incredibly sweet. I'm really happy that we're now just a phone call away from having clean carpets in the future... I wish I had known about Barnett's years ago. Called Barnett's Chem Dry to ask for cost estimate to clean Master Bedroom, Bath and Hall around noon time. Neva Barnett , Owner and Operator quoted me the price over the phone and was able to come to my home one hour later. She was on time. Very pleasant Christian woman who got right to work and did an excellent job. I would recommend her to anyone wanting a good carpet cleaning with no residue. Old carpet dried within 2 hours andlooked freshly restored.

This is a family owned company. They moved the furniture and put it back. They went above a carpet cleaner would normally do. They took their time and they really did a good job. They were pleasant, professional and we would hire them again in the future.
