Description of Work: They installed a new radio system in our 2001 Toyota Highlander. The radio includes back-up camera and Bluetooth. The old radio has issues with tape player (yes, last of the lot and not used) and CD player. Thought a fix might work but then decided that a new radio would be better. Happy New Year.

Description of Work: I had been meaning to submit a review for this install for a while but didn't get to it til now. Had Audio Pro's in Lewisville do a Viper remote start and alarm install about a year ago. I shopped around and these guys are not the cheapest install in town. After going into the store, looking at the products and some of the cars they were working on, I gathered they do a pretty good job. Dropped off my new truck the next day, and they said by late that afternoon it should be ready. They closed at like 6 I think, and I showed up about a quarter til 6, they were still working on it. I waited in the parking for about an hour and a half after closing, til they had it done. The sales guy went over the instructions of remote and arming, etc. I definitely wasn't gonna b**** about how long it took, figured that just meant they took the extra time to make things right. One of the things I was adamant about was the splices, no twist n tape. They said they only do solder splices, which is why it takes so long. Overall, install looks factory, guys did a great job. Again you could probably find cheaper in town, but at what sacrifice two years down the road when the splices start corroding.
