Home Warranty
I had a problem with my air conditioning unit, so I called them to figure out how to get it fixed. They were very rude to me. I was happy with the service until this happened. When the company that they chose for me to get it fixed was taking 6 weeks to fix my A/C unit, I called them to get someone else to do it, and they told me there was no one else, and I would just have to wait. Finally, it just got so hot that I complained enough until they put us up in a hotel until the work was done. They just were not friendly and handled the situation very poorly. I canceled my membership with them after the air conditioning unit was fixed.
