You would think I would have looked here previously. Placed a repair request with my home warranty June 29th. No message, no announcement, nothing from the repair company. They just showed up and luckily I was home. Was on the property near 5 minutes before saying the part was being sent to them tomorrow and that they would be back on Monday the 6th. Stayed home Monday. no update. no indication at all as to when they would be coming. Furious I called my Warranty company and they said they were in their time frame, complete rubbish. I finally get a message that they will be coming the week of the 11th. not a day, eta or anything passed the business week. It is now June 17th and nothing has changed but the pending charge has been finalized. presently on hold and extremely furious with both the Home Warranty and repair company. DO NOT WORK WITH THEM OR AMERICAN HOME SHIELD.

Avoid this company!! Unfortunately this is the repair service my home warranty company uses. My experience is just like most of the other reviewers. The repair person came out and told me that there were 3 parts needed to fix my microwave. He said he would order the parts and it would take 7-10 days for them to come in. I called after 7 days to get on their schedule. Like all the other reviews state, I never received a call back. I contacted the home warranty company 3 days later and was told that the repair person had just called in the order for the parts the day before...10 business days after he had been to my home!!! However, I might note that their $75 service fee check was deposited...THAT they managed to do!! Finally received a call from All Home Appliance approximately 15 minutes after complaining to the home warranty company (surprise surprise). Was told that they had tried to get the parts but they were all on back order, so they asked the home warranty people to order them. Wouldn't it have been nice for them to have let me know that early on? Wouldn't it have been courteous and considerate of them to have returned my phone calls in a timely manner? This company doesn't care about customer service. Heaven help you if you're forced to use them through a warranty or insurance company...they put you at the bottom of their list.

After the initial appointment at my home, he stopped replying to my e-mails or answering my calls.  My microwave was not repaired.  We paid for a service call and got nothing in return.

My GE profile microwave stopped working....I got All Home Appliance recommendation from my cousin and this guy was very good...It cost about $60 for the estimates and he fixed my microwave by replacing capacitor in that same charge....Very professional and felt he was quite honest man.

The technician arrived on time and quickly determined that my microwave needed to be replaced. I paid the $60 service fee and he said that the would notify my home warranty company that I would need a new microwave. I waited 3 weeks and heard nothing. I contacted my home warranty company and they said that they were waiting for All Home Appliance to provide an update to the service call. It took a few days of phone calls but we finally got All Home Appliance to update the service call so I could get my new microwave. Over a month later, I received a bill in the mail for $60 from my home warranty company. They explained that they were billing me $60 because their records indicated that I had not paid the technician for the service call in February. I informed my home warranty company that I paid the technician $60 for the service call back on February 11. My home warranty company tried to call All Home Appliance several times and left several messages. All Home Appliance was not very responsive and slow to return the phone calls. It took two days of persistant phone calls to finally get the issue resolved. I will not allow my home warranty company to send All Home Appliance to my home ever again.

"From the day we diagnosed [member name removed] microwave until we were notified by the warranty company that they would replace the microwave with a new one was six business days. [member name removed] paid his service fee by credit card on 2/11/13. When we billed the warranty company on 3/5/13, we did not record [member name removed] payment. The warranty company contacted us by phone on 3/18/13 to verify [member name removed] payment. We confirmed he had payed us on 2/11/13 and authorized an adjustment to our invoice on the same phone call."

This company told us they would arrive at 10am. They failed to do so. I called with no answer. I then e-amiled and finally was told that they person scheduling the appointments did not know how to use the software. She then profusely appologized and said that the technician would be out at 2:00pm. At 1:55 she called and said he would be 30 minutes late. At 3:00pm she called and said he could not come today and could we reschedule. I strongly advise against using this company. They are a fly by night organization. We are out 400.00 because my husband had to take off to wait for them. The whole day was shot.

"A new employee was having trouble with the system and processes. She was doing her best to deal with a mistake she had made while also dealing with a mean-spirited, nasty-tempered customer. I would not recommend servicing this customer."
