The assembly was completed very quickly. Before he left, the assembler said if we ever needed help with the treadmill to call him and he gave us his card. Within a week the treadmill was making a terrible noise and they told my wife that the walking belt was loose and to get an Allen wrench to fix it. The assembler did not leave a wrench with us and we are 73 years old. We paid almost a $1,000 for it and we have to repair it within a week!! We asked that they send the assembler to fix it but they refused, in spite of his promise. They do not stand by their work or the product. Avoid them.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE - WORK NOT COMPLETED - Long story short I told Mike over the phone the problem I was having with my bike. He said it was a common problem and it would be $200 - $225 to fix. When he did arrive hours later than was promised, He took the bike apart to get tension motor part number even though he had diagnosed it over the phone plus I had texted him a picture of model number with serial number from my paperwork. I paid him $95 on the spot for service call. Mike said he would order motor and come back when it comes in. It's been 2 weeks with nothing. I paid him $95 to tear bike down and disappear. This company should not have an A rating with Angie's list.

Went well. Let me know the bearings would need changed soon and offered to handle that as well.

Mike was very friendly and got right to work.  He knew what he was doing for sure!  He said our treadmill had about 1000 miles on it!  WOW!  and it was in really good shape for it's age. He recalibrated it, tightened the belt, and made a few adjustments.  Let us know that he greased the bearings, but if it made the sounds again we'd probably need to change them.  We'll be sure to call Mike back if they go out!
