The work was done well and in a fairly timely manner. There was a mixup at the shop and I was called saying my vehicle was ready, but when I showed up there was still a little buffing and cleaning that needed to be done. They quickly got to work on that while I waited. Overall, I was pleased with their work.

Alex' team did a superb job on removing the dent by using "paint-less dent repair" skills. Therefore no repainting was necessary. They were very courteous and professional. They repaired the damage in about 3-4 hours and an appointment only took a couple of days. Their price was very competitive as I obtained another estimate from a company that only specializes in paint-less dent repair. I will certainly use Alex again if needed and not hesitate to recommend them to all friends and family.

Alex exceeded my expectations in every way. He went well beyond what I thought I was getting and truly exemplifies "going the extra mile". When I drove it to a large gas station to fill up on my way home from picking it up I noticed the majority of people there looking at it as I was filling up. I know they were thinking how can a car of that age look so new.

This was the second time I went to Alex for a rather small auto body shop repair. I was happy already with the first job he did one year earlier, and also for this one he did great. He is professional, runs a great shop and delivers good quality. For sure I will go back there again, if needed.

Was hit from behind and suffered damage to the bumper and wheel cover on my Toyota Rav4. Called Alex for an estimate because of the favorable reviews on Angie's List. He was able to get the car in right away to see the damage. Dropped the car off after getting parts ordered per my insurance. Insurance wanted to just repair the damaged parts, but Alex was able to get the parts replaced. Alex kept me informed of the progress and I was happy with the repair. Would recommend them to others.

Spoke to Alex, he said he could do the repair right then and it only took 15 minutes and he charged a great price.

Found Alex on Angie's List. Took my 2001 Millenia there to have the front bumper replaced. He had some difficulty finding a bumper due to the rarity of the vehicle, but got it done. Job looks great! Alex is a super nice guy, always pleasant to talk to and stood by his word. I'll definitely use him again.

I had sent Alex photos prior to meeting him and he thought we'd need to replace the hood. However, when he physically inspected the damage, he determined that they could repair instead. I had gotten another estimate prior to coming to Alex and theirs was based on replacing exclusively. I saved several hundred dollars going with Alex and the work was exceptional.
