We were in desperate need of a piano pad, and after searching local companies, as well as companies online, we finally found a table pad company (online) located in Texas that also did piano pads. (We are located in Maryland) I eagerly contacted them, and spoke with Matt, who was very personable and extremely thorough in explaining how to start the whole process. He made sure to mail everything that we would need to make our template, along with numerous color swatches to pick from. Soon after submitting our information, Matt contacted me to let me know that the color we had picked was discontinued, however he quickly sent a new color that was even a better match.
The factory had made a mistake with a section of our pad, however Matt was wonderful, and he took care of everything. Within a short time we received our new piano pad, and it is BEAUTIFUL ! Plus, our 3 cats love it too. When people come in our home they do not even notice the pad until they are right next to the piano. This is because it matches perfectly. However, once they do notice it, they cannot stop raving about it.
The whole experience from the very beginning until when we received our piano pad was great, and I only wish that more companies would have someone like Matt to work with.
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Matt, and Affordable Table Pads.
