This is the most incredibly honest and knowledgeable auto shop you will ever find! My family and I have had the privilege of leaning on them to care for our vehicles for years, and there is neither time nor space to tell the stories of their honesty and outstanding service. We’ve used Acute for everything from simple inspections to a totally new motor and have consistently experienced the absolute best service. I highly recommend them without hesitation after their years of serving our family with consistent excellent and caring service.

When you find honesty and integrity with qualified well trained mechanics, it's had to go wrong. I'm a hard person to deal with, but we get a long great, to me there word is like gold. I love the fact they have loaner cars. I paid over $1,000 for work and had work done for free.

Very expedient and professional. Price was better than expected. The staff is very knowledgeable and professional. This is the only auto center that I will ever do business with.

This place is great. Tyler is one of the best people to ever run a shop. I called him back in Dec 2015 to get a quote on repairing the wiper linkage on my accord. He knows his business so well he practically could quote me off the top of his head but he didn't. I finally got around to getting it fixed and called him back (now March) and he remembered me and our conversation from 3 months ago. His prices are very reasonable and no job is to small. Honda wanted charge around $500 to replace the part that Acute did it for $230. After the mechanic did the lookover Tyler called me to discuss what was found and what really needed to be done and what could wait.  I have already referred people to this shop as it is a must to check out before going anywhere else.

This company provides high quality work and is well reasonably priced. I feel that they have a high degree of integrity and the staff is very friendly.

Brandon was able to get my extended warranty (ASC) to cover most of the cost.  I went to the local tire store for new tires. They spent an hour trying to find additional repairs which they said would be $1,000 for new brakes and boot joints.. I took the car into Acute; Brandon said the brakes had 75% left and the boots wouldn't need to be replaced for another 20,000+ miles.
Even though I live about 10 minutes from the Park Place Lexus in Grapevine, ACUTE AUTO CARE IS THE ONLY PLACE THAT I WILL LET SERVICE MY LEXUS.  I CAN'T RECOMMEND THEM HIGHLY ENOUGH.
They've performed other services since this job with the same satisfactory results.

They provided a thorough inspection of the vehicle, and provided individual estimates of what it would take to get the car into good mechanical shape. Their inspection provided the peace of mind needed to make a good final decision on the vehicle.

My experience was fantastic. I am alway leary of car repairs since I don't know that much about engines.  I knew, at 85k miles, I had to replace the timing belt and dealer/manufacturer recommendation is to do the water pump too.  The dealer was gong to cost a great deal more and need my car for a longer period of time..  I heard about Acute Auto Care, called them, talked with Tyler and he gave me a firm price.
2 days before my appontment I discovered I had some dead rodents in my engine. I called Acute and asked them if they could do the removal.  They were very courteous and confirmed they would remove the rodents and I probably needed wiring repair.  lThey repaied the wiring, went above and beyond by using rodent repepellent tape and when I picked up the car gave me some advice on what to get to further deter rodents.
Brandon helped me when I dropped off and picked up my car. He took his time explaining, both times, what was going to be done, and then what they did..  The price stayed the same, the work done was finished timely and I have the comfort of knowing I have gotten a good job done on my engine.

My wife's 2005 toyota sienna was having issues intermittently blowing warm air when the AC was on. Took it straight to Acute Care to have it diagnosed, and was told that it the radiator fan would need replacement. Its running like a work horse. Brandon and his team allow you to get your own part and they will install it. On numerous occasions I have called around other places and they will not allow you to bring your own parts citing warranty issues. No such issues with Acute Auto Care.
Above all they will loan you a car so that there is no inconvenience to their customers.

Excellently.  I bought the Acura RL three years old, kept it for an additional 12 years.  They did all the service and repair, everything from oil changes to auto trans/cooling service to timing belt/water pump replacement.  Everything listed in the owner's manual, plus the occasional repair as parts wore out, such as the alternator.  They were always fair, never pushy, gave assessments on what needed immediate attention and what could be deferred.

It went great.  My dealership had just changed hands.  When I went for my customary 5,000 mile service, for the first time in 85,000 miles I was presented with a $1900 list of things that "need to be done", with the most expensive one at the top of the list.  I found Acute Car Care on Angie's list, and dropped by to ask how much they'd charge to give me a "second opinion".  They told me they charge nothing for a look-see.  When I brought it in for the examination, I learned that A) all the things the dealer identified were true; B) they would fix them all at a lower cost; C) they found one more thing; and D) the problems were presented in what they saw as the order of urgency, and the most expensive problem was THIRD on the list (I'm OK for now and they'll keep an eye on it.) 
So I brought it back to take care of the first two things.  I had already been asked when I made the appointment whether I could use a ride home, and I said yes. But that morning the usual driver was not at work... so I was offered (and accepted) a loaner.  Tyler and Brandon (and their mom in the front office!) were a genuine pleasure to work with.  I'm sold, and am actually LOOKING FORWARD to going back at 90,000 miles.

Son had some diagnostic work done on his vehicle to determine why the car was simply dying while on the road.
They had troubles re-creating the issue. One of the technicians went so far as to drive the vehicle overnight to see if he could re-create the issue.
It took a while to resolve as the problem happens very rarely, and all diagnostic reports turned up nothing. However, the issue was resolved.
