 + -1 moreWhen they stripped the old roof off they found some rotten areas which they replaced. They did take out a city permit on it and when the inspector came out he gave the OK on all aspects of the construction. Everything was done well and above board. This was an insurance claim so I did not have to spend anything out of pocket.
Description of Work: The put on a complete new roof for me.
