Called on a Friday morning and spoke with Jules.  She informed me that she would get with the electrician and have him call me back.  Before this promise, I explained what I was needing, how I have NOT been able to get any contractor to call me back, how others had not shown up as promised, and she agreed that this was unprofessional and assured me that something would be back in touch with me later in the day to schedule a time to fix the problem.  Now, 2.5 business days later, still no call back.

I must have taken your phone number down wrong because you did get a call back, 3 actually. 3 messages were left on an automated VM that did not belong to you. It was my human error. He is the best electrician. I have some rental properties that he has done some work on for me. I have worked with him for four years. He is very likable, punctual, and very reasonable, and also will tell you when you don't have to do something.

Great experience. They showed up on time at 8AM. 2 man job. Very congenial, kind, knowledgeable, and hard-working, problem solvers. Got the bracket up, hung the massive TV (even took it down once to adjust and put it back up to make it perfect), and put nice plates where the cables were hidden in the walls. Great, fast work, at a great price. Highly recommended!
