they did work in past, nephew cross wired unit. Now unit broken due to short. I was never told why i needed addition part on last call, etc. they wanted 6800 for new central air, i got one for 2350 from budget air--------i would never use them. they also tried to charge me a additional diagnostic charge on top of $99 field call.

Kendall arrived promptly, was very professional and courteous. He serviced the a/c unit for us. He explained what he did and what I could do to make the unit operate more efficiently.  I'm very pleased with the service I received and will definitely use this company for any subsequent needs. I highly recommend them.

I have a disabled son with respiratory issues.  If he becomes too hot, he has a greater difficulty breathing.  Knowing this Kim and her husband have always come attended to our home/system very quickly.  
Other times they have been out for just the seasonal tune up, they explain what they are doing, how everything looks etc.  
Everyone who has been out has always been very friendly, considerate and have done an excellent job.  I switched from a company I used to use to this one.  I feel they are honest and do not try and take advantage, which was the reason for switching to begin with.

The work done was quick and fast; plus they cleaned everything up and took us outside to show the work and explain what they had done.  Kendall advised me that my monthly A/C bills would go down some because of the difference in what we had before and what he just put in.  I have to say, my bills have gone down (even a little more than he thought they would).  We are very happy with their work and will use them again.  We also had them do about $5000.00 in work on our A/C several years before and same experience - nice to work with.

Comfort Pros responded to our service call in less than one hours time.  Kendall found that the coolant was missing from the system and located the leak.  The part in question was still under warranty.  The part needed to be ordered but they were able to temporarily repair the A/C until the new part could be installed.  We've been using Comfort Pros for several years and have found that we can depend on them to give us honest information, quick response and professional service.

They are very good and honest. It is hard to get people who are legitimate but they are very professional. I am very happy with them. They have a maintenance contract which you can use for a very good price. They highly encourage you to get it. It is approximately $100. They do everything on your heating and cooling twice year. They will come out and do whatever is necessary. I have never found any of their service to be over priced or questionable. I am not uncomfortable having their people out here.

They are very professional, answer all your questions and charge customary rates. They came on Saturday which is their day off, because they were too busy to come during the previous week as scheduled! They cleaned the exterior AC unit and explained why that it is necessary to keep it clean from all debree. We highly recommend them.
