The tech showed up , fixed the spring, and even trouble shot another problem with my other door. It wound up being a sensor problem, which he offered to fix on the same trip--and didn't charge me anything. Now that's service. The average door company probably up charges for that, or offers to come back another time--with another trip and labor charge. Great job--quality and professional work. I highly recommend them, and will not use anyone else in the future!
