An estimate of 10 days for the project may have been accurate, however they did not say those 10 days would be 20 half-days randomly distributed over 5 weeks. I gave them a 1 month leeway between signing the contract and work start, and yet work was delayed for parts or tools over and over. The entire project was punctuated by poor planning at the main office. We told them exactly what tile and trim we wanted and it was included on the estimate. It seems that they never looked at it again. They installed the wrong tile and wrong tile size. The tile was very close and not recognized until too late. They would have installed the wrong trim but that was caught before installation. Their final product was of good quality but it required constant supervision by me to ensure they would finally finish something acceptable. In the end I just wanted my bathroom back and them out of my house.

So far, they’ve been okay. Some of the other prices were outrageous. I’ve searched them from Angie’s List for cabinet making. They are about half way right now so from what I’ve seen now, I would use them again in the future.
