If a job takes less time than he thinks it will he will rebate back to me from his quote. I love his website he tells me what he will do and what he will not do when I need a professional, like a licensed electrician. He also has helpful links on there for things I need to do such as how to prepare and maintenance your house for winter. For those jobs that he does not do he has a pretty extensive supplier recommendation so I can go to those people directly for things he does not do. I feel like they are also people he does not just refer lightly. I think one of the coolest things about his is website and what he has put into that. When we schedule something he is always prompt and does a good job.
