Mike performed a pre-sheetrock inspection of my new home, which is under construction. He arrived early for the appointment, which I appreciated. He was very knowledgeable and thorough. He explained every step of his process and pointed out things that were well done and most importantly, elements that needed to be corrected by the builder. His report was very thorough. I'll definitely use his services for the final home inspection.

I highly recommend Mike's services. He went above and beyond, was always professional, and friendly. He made sure we understood everything he was looking for and explained the importance of each item he analyzed. We worked with him for 5+ months while we waited for our new construction to be completed and he was very flexible and patient during that time. No hidden fees with him and he's transparent about his pricing. We look forward to bringing him back before our warranty expires.
