+ -1 moreI'd Avoid the uhaul location off 183 and crystal falls. I loved the location at 700 S Bell Blvd (On Hwy 183 between Cypress Creek and Buttercup Creek) Cedar Park, TX 78613 (512) 335-9261
Description of Work: I reserved a rental at another location, got it moved over to another location because they didn't have what I needed. I got a rude phone call telling me I had no choice I needed to come to them. So I went , The guy tried to sell me things I didn't need and refuse to help with tools so we could do the work ourselfs. He lied and said he didn't have any tools. Which I've verified this guy also works on trucks so No tools, hmmm what would you use to repair then? He was just mad because us girls new a thing or two and weren't going to fall for his sales pitch. we ended up leaving without the rental. We went back to the location we had choosen to rent from, and they were kind and helpfull. they still didn't have the size we were looking for , but made things work. I was greatfull to them. So my suggesstion is DO NOT RENT FROM 10303 E Crystal Falls Pkwy Leander, TX 78641 (512) 528-8829 Moving is tough enough - I'll always rent from Uhaul but choose my location carefully. Going with 700 S Bell Blvd (On Hwy 183 between Cypress Creek and Buttercup Creek) Cedar Park, TX 78613 (512) 335-9261 Is the way to go, very helpfull. Used them twice in the last month. Even switched out a blown fuse for me for free. These guys go above and beyond.
