My monthly pest service ( for scorpions) referred us to them for some specialized work to deal with 1 and possibly 2 bee hives and heavy red wasp infestation. The staff are highly knowledgable and extremely professional. We did go with the exclusion service after watching a cicada killer wasp the size of a hummingbird (not exaggerating) land and go into a crevice low in the limestone facing of the house. The exclusion service is pricey, but I feel it was moderately off set with the complexity of our limestone exterior and we had peace of mind the attic was screened against squirrels, raccoons and bats. A very common problem in our semi-rural neighborhood. I think I remember the staff at our service call was a wildlife biologist! and discussed at length suggestions for mitigating possible rattlesnake activity, as 2 neighbors had recently killed in their yards. Did get the monthly treatments and our regular tech was just as educated and a pro, and super friendly and cool to boot. Too sum up, the service is pricy, but this company is highly specialized for solving complex and difficult pest or wildlife problems. They are the Special Forces of this profession and I would not hesitate in recommending or using again.

We had a snake and a mouse in our house that we discovered around 6 pm. Trutech was at our house the next morning and got both critters out in less than an hour. The worker inspected our house for possible entry points, and fixed some things for us that he probably should have charged us for. He was very professional and timely and saved us from our critter invasion!

We were referred to Trutech by our existing exterminator because the do not perform removal or exclusion of rodents. Waylon is the tech that came out right away, was very professional, and explained to us thoroughly the cost. We were a bit skeptical at first having never had an experience of rat infestation. It seems like a lot of money and we thought it should be a simply removal. How wrong we were and Waylon earned every penny. You have no idea how quickly they get out of control and how much damage they can cause to you electrical wiring. We first noticed them and within 2 weeks we had a whole colony that caused another $500 damage by chewing through our electrical wiring. It took about 6 weeks to finally get all the rats out of our attic. Waylon came out several times a week to trap and check things until all was under control. He was very knowledgeable and professional. We would recommend this company to others. It's not cheap but it is worth it to prevent further damage.

A squirrel got in our attic again after he has completed the above. We caught the squirrel in a live trap. The agent came back but couldn't find anything wrong. In sum, he was fine, but he didn't fix the problem. We've since sold the house and do not know if the problem has recurred.

I was satisfied and they were through and they were knowledgeable and did great follow up and showed up on time, but not always because they are busy. They show up on the right day but sometimes run a little late on time but it's OK.
