TOTAL POOL AND SPA

Everything has gone very well but will not be completely finished for several more weeks.

Donny came out on May 31st and was great and informative. He explained everything he was doing and had a positive attitude. We had him over to repair the heater for pool and spa and estimate the cost of replacing the tile on the front of the hot tub. I explained to him I've had 3 other companies out to estimate the hot tub tile repair and none of them followed through. He assured me he would and gave me a very reasonable price.
I was told it might take a while to fix the pool heater since he had to find parts since it was old system but he would get back to me in a couple of weeks.
A week or two later a gentleman came out and measured the hot tub and said he'd be in touch with some tile options. Two weeks pass no word, two more weeks still no word. I called the office and explained the situation and was told Donny was working on finding the heater part...no mention of hot tub. Another month goes by and I call to find out whats going on. Was told then that he couldn't find the parts but he'd talk to me about replacing the heater. I was then given names of someone else who could do the tile work since they now couldn't do the work. I was/am very disappointed. I thought for sure I had found a decent company to work with. Needless to say I went two months waiting for a call that never came and finally when I did reach them found out they weren't going to do the work they said they would. I'm now back to looking for another company to do the work.

Been using Total pool for the past two years, satisfied with service

They have been cleaning our swimming pool for over a year now and it is in the best shape it's ever been. It's always clear, never smells of chemicals nor does on have a burning sensation while in the pool due to chlorine. The company features a husband/wife team and they are the nicest, most helpful, honest people I've met in a long time. No hidden charges, no extra work done before checking with you, you can count on getting a reply back for questions and they are the most reasonable service. They do high end pools to small family backyard pools like ours, yet they treat us like we are the most important client in the world. We love their service.
