We called them out to do our Christmas lights and it was a horrible experience! They were great during the interviewing process and that was where it ended. They used all of the old fashion string lights even though we told them specifically what we wanted, including pictures and live examples. They assured us the job would be quality and exactly what we wanted and had shown them. They also said if we had a problem, they would come right back and make it right. Never happened. Our lights looked NOTHING like we asked for and when we tried to call and after leaving several messages, still did not receive a call back. Called them back from one of my children's phone and Chris answered. We made an appointment for them to come back and they never showed. We were shocked by the entire situation! This was our first time to hire out for Christmas lights. We later talked to friends who said their cost were half of our's and included removal, this company wanted to charge $75 to come back!!! You have been warned.
