I am completely satisfied. The racks are wonderful and just what I needed to bring order to my garage. Garage King staff are professional, responsive and easy to work with. They were flexible with install dates as my schedule changed and arrived on the install date on time. The installer worked quickly and professionally. Customer service is outstanding and I fell valued as a customer. If you are looking for storage solutions or just want to make room for your car in the garage, I highly recommend Garage King.

Our experience the The Garage King was excellent. From getting the quote to final install every aspect of the job was friendly and professional. I initially expected to install the storage racks along one of the garage walls, but during the estimate we decided to put them above the garage doors. That way the stored materials are out of sight from the street and we hardly notice them from inside the garage. The installation went very smoothly - these guys know what they are doing! We had no issues and I had the storage racks filled up the same afternoon that they were installed. I recommend The Garage King if you need more storage space.

The price was kind of a lot, but we did research and that is about what it cost. Actually, they ended upgrading us. They had too much of the silver. We were just going to get the white. So we got silver which looks better than the other one we were going to get. That was cool of them. They come out and measure your garage to find out the optimum place to put the storage unit. They kind of map it out for you. Then a week later, some guy comes in and takes him about an hour to install it. He was super nice. He came on time, did his thing, and left.

Justin and his partner arrived within the agreed upon window and ensured that the specifications for installation were correct before beginning. Both were friendly and professional. Installation of the four racks took about two hours and went without a hitch. Material quality is better than others I have seen in home improvement stores and they back it with a life-time guarantee. I just hope I never have to call them on it. Overall, an "A" for service and although it is pricey, I think the better craftsmanship is worth the price.

Great communications from start to finish. They do an excellent job of taking all measurements for your space so that if you need to add storage later, they know exactly what the space layout is and what will work best.
The estimate and the install was very punctual and professional. Good people to work with.
The installation was done quickly and exactly as was specified.

Estimator arrived on time. Provide a quote on Phase I of my garage storage build out and did the measurements for Phase II (above the garage door). Installer came on time and completed the high quality job. These systems are somewhat expensive but Garage King is local and only slightly higher price than the competition. They also provide an Angie's list discount. I'm about to hire them for Phase II since we are already out of room now that we have moved into this new condo.

There is a very large variety of accessories for the universal slatwall slotting system, making difficult to keep all of them in stock. This is why we usually send our customers directly to manufacturers for accessories if we do not have them. We do pride our self in that we have ordered slatwall in such large quantities to offer it to our customers at an amazing value. I am working diligently to get a very large order of accessories in that we will be bundling up and selling as packages with the slatwall as 6 panel kits. They came out, gave an estimate, and then they set a date to install it. They were here on time, and they did the job quickly, and it worked out fine. I didn't compare the prices, but I think their price was fair.

Spoke to them at the Home and Garden Show and explained that I was interested but was still waiting on the closing of my home purchase. They said to call them when I was ready and offered to give me the same discount available to folks that signed up during the show. Once I was ready, I had to play a bit of telephone tag until I finally spoke to a real person. They were pretty accommodating with my schedule and showed up on time for the measurements and estimate. I made the deal on the spot. I got a call Monday of the week of the scheduled installation indicating there was a chance the installation could be moved up two days. I accepted on the condition they give me a 1 hour notice to allow me to return home and open up for them. They called as we agreed. The installation crew arrived on time and were very business-like. They completed the installation and clean up and locked up the garage upon departure. Upon inspection later that evening, everything appeared to have been completed in a workman-like manner with the quality of materials as advertised. I am completely satisfied.

They were good and showed up on time. The guy showed up for the estimate and gave a drawing of the plans. He was knowledgeable about his and other companies products. The workers showed up on time and cleaned up very well. The customer service on the phone could be improved slightly, but that would be my only complaint. It was expensive but in line with their competitors.
