The Dryer Vent Doc

We noticed a problem with the dryer vent on Saturday. As it was the weekend, we had to wait until Monday to contact anyone to work on the problem. Called Jim Monday morning and explained over the phone the issue as we knew it, Jim stated he would be here the next day at 3 pm. He was time, pulled the dryer and pointed out that the dryer vent was not properly attached to the dryer. He also showed us that the connection with the hose in the wall was no longer attached. He then removed the old hose from the dryer to the wall and replaced it with a more flexible hose. He cleaned out the vent hose from the wall to the outside (about 15 feet). He then worked to connect the two hoses together, attaching them properly. He also suggested that we replace the hose within the wall with a more appropriate and safer alternative, saying that he himself did not do this work.
Jim worked diligently and quickly. He did not suggest additional work that was not necessary. His cost was very fair.

Called them yesterday and he was able to come this morning. Arrived on time and went to work. Jim is exactly who you want if your dryer is taking too long to dry your clothes. He did a fine job and explained lots of stuff to me about keeping the dryer working properly in the future. Clened up everything when finished. Very nice guy and a professional.
