Jason was able to figure out the problem with the A/C quickly and fix it in a timely manner. He was professional and made sure that the A/C was working before leaving the premises. I would highly recommend him for any A/C repair services!!!!

Owner called me immediately to book the appointment. She was kind, upfront with costs and has great service enhancements for customer safety ie bios for techs. Tech arrived on time and worked quickly with good followup including photos of my equipment and items for recommended repairs.

Very professional, and speedy. My tech was super nice, and respectful. Iâ m glad that they responded to my request, being without an AC in July, is not pleasant. I highly recommend this company. Will call them again in the future.

Air conditioner quit working. A tech came within hours of my call. The tech was very courteous and honest. The problem was the overflow drain pan had initiated a safety shut down of system. It was quickly taken care of. The tech could have told me that all kinds of repairs were needed (that has happened with other companies), but he was honest. Very inexpensive bill and a cool house. Couldn't be happier.

They were very patient in working with me. I was without AC in July and while I was still seeking quotes from other companies, they loaned me a portable AC unit to use and NEVER pressured me to select them. They understood this was a BIG purchase and wanted to make sure I was comfortable with whomever I chose.

Their prompt response in the office and their timely scheduling for the work allowed me to complete the project ahead of schedule. I had a leaking air vent at my house. Temperature Pros came out and fixed the issue within an hour of contacting me. Other companies including the one that did the initial install of the system couldn t come out for a week. All of the staff were courteous and professional. I will definitely call them again for all of my A/C needs.

Central A/C Installation
I wanted info about installing a new AC and I got a lot more education than I expected. They showed me issues with my old system and since I have 2 units, they also inspected the other unit that I was not having replaced. They gave me several quotes based on my desires. They asked so many questions that no other AC/Heating company asked me. The install was timely and they were prompt and efficient, done several hours earlier than expected. They even sent someone to inspect the service one week later. They also took pictures of the problems they found and their correction of the issue.
