Rett and his team at Stoneage Granite handle a lot of our high-end installations. They are professional and produce consistently top-notch work. Highly recommend.

Our process went smoothly. From picking out the stone we wanted to it being created, and then delivered, this team looks out for every detail. Everything went in beautifully and we love it! We knew this would not be "cheap" but the pricing also did not make us gasp. All questions about the sink we chose etc... were answered. We are so happy!

Very well overall. Some things excellent. Ex - granite fabrication & install. Walls & ceiling amazing. Cabinets - good not exceptional. Responsiveness is an area of need to improve. Although they have addressed every concern professionally & the 3 gentlemen are very wonderful individuals. They need to work on prompt communication.

Two people came out, and it took them six hours. Overall they did a good job, the owner was very attentive, and our countertops are fantastic.

Exceptionally well. Using the material we had picked out at an earlier date, Mr. Griffith took measurements, his crew cut pieces to size in their shop and, after taking additional measurements, made further cuts and finished the pieces in our driveway and installed the countertops, which fit perfectly!

Rett was great to work with and was able to answer any questions/ concerns we had throughout the whole process. Once we picked out our granite slabs the job was started within the same week and finished a few days later. We had two sinks installed as well and they were able to create a custom cut out to accommodate both sinks which looks amazing!

It was miraculous what those guys did out in my driveway. They are very skilled at what they do and they are careful when working in my home. They thoroughly clean up after themselves. I have a sort of a J-shaped kitchen cabinet, the main part of the countertop and the sink at the other. They cut and brought in and I don't know how they did either of these things, they did that in only two pieces. It is finished off perfectly and it fits absolutely perfectly.

I contacted Rett after 5:00 on Wednesday and scheduled an estimate for new granite kitchen counters for the next day. He called to let me know he was going to be 5 minutes late, which I found unnecessary, but a good indicator of his professionalism. He measured, showed us samples, and answered all of our questions. He was up front about the cost, including the fact that his crew can't do the plumbing work, and I would need to schedule that separately at an additional cost with either the guy he recommends or with another plumber of our choosing. We found him quite personable, well informed, and professional.
Rett met me for my lunch break the next day to pick out a slab of granite. I wasn't sure after the first place, and he didn't seem to be bothered at all to take me to a second vendor. Again, he answered all my questions, and I felt that he gave me an honest opinion even at the risk of prolonging the process of choosing the slab. I did find the right slab on Friday, so he was able to schedule our install for the next Wednesday.
Rett came along with the installation crew, again answered all my questions, and got them all lined out. The installers were professional, and did what I believe to be a very good install job. I had originally made a decision to not have them seal the backsplash. When I changed my mind at the last minute, the installer didn't miss a beat, even though it meant he had to stay longer and do more work. They did a fantastic job, and cleaned up after themselves quite well.
I would absolutely recommend Rett and his team.

Rhett was great to work with he is very patient and personable too. It took us forever to select our granite slab. When we were ready so was stone granite ready to get to work for us. One of the things I liked about this company was that they have a flat rate per square foot fab/install pricing structure. It seemed like the other companies we spoke with charged more for installation and fab dependent on the cost of the granite itself. The granite looks lovely, I needed a small add on piece recently and Rhett came thru for me quickly. We felt like we got alot more for our money then if we contracted with another company.

This was a great experience all around. When Rett came to our house for the initial site review and to nail down the job specifics, he was on time, friendly, professional, and helpful without being pushy. We'd already decided on our granite style, but he brought some samples to show us in case we wanted to discuss options. He quoted us a great price. He wasn't able to make a template that day because our new cabinets weren't installed yet, but he said when we were ready, he'd have someone out within a day or so to make the template. The turnaround time from templating to installation was only 2-3 days -- amazing! We were expecting a week at least. The granite and sink went in as scheduled, and they look fantastic. We are highly pleased, and would definitely recommend them.

The tile guy who did our backsplash spotted several problems with the granite countertops and suggested we get Stoneage back to fix them. We contacted Stoneage for help, but the owner would make appointments, miss them, then call another day and demand we be available within the next ten minutes or it would be weeks before he could get to us. We were shouted at over the phone about how unreasonable we were in asking for problems to be corrected (without them even yet seeing what they were). The owner also repeatedly make fun of our tile guy, saying that nobody with just ten years of experience in granite could be any good and that's probably why he wasn't in the business any longer. We finally got Stoneage to come back with their "best person" for doing follow-up work. He had only SEVEN years of granite experience, refused to fix a number of the items we found unsatisfactory, and left after doing only a minor amount of work. We eventually reached an end point after multiple visits from them, but we were left highly dissatisfied. Their unprofessionalism and clear disregard for customer satisfaction will not win them repeat business or recommendations so their future in this competitive product area is certainly questionable. Far too late, we learned that the owner has job hopped from one industry to another and, before granite, worked selling cell phones. Also, they seem to contract out work so there's no telling who will show up at your home or what experience that person will bring. (These are all facts we found out later!)
