+ -1 moreWe were under a real time bind due to having to ready the place for another tenant that wanted to take occupancy within 30 days. Smart Construction was able to accommodate our tight schedule that included working over July 4th to make sure that everything was ready for our tenant's move in the following week. Shane was very professional to deal with and responded to all requests in a timely manner. Even after the job was completed and our tenant moved in, there were a couple of additional requests that were handled the same way the project had been...on a timely and professional basis. We do not live in this area and have not had the best results in working with others in this field. We have been looking for someone that we could trust would do the job right and give us the quality product we deserved for a competitive price and we feel that Smart Construction fit that bill. We have another large project starting at another property we own in Spicewood, TX that we will now add Smart Construction to that bid list.
Description of Work: Exterior paint of condo that required repair of damage to boards under eaves as well as T111 board that sustained water damage over time. Repaired those areas using Hardy board that was then caulked and painted around the base. Required scrapping and painting exterior doors and eves from old paint that had peeled up. Painted exterior fencing inside and outside patio area. Chalked all exterior surfaces to seal in all access points to pests. Painted all interior, including ceilings, walls and kitchen cabinets. Repair to kitchen ceiling that included sheetrock repair. Hung new wood blinds to finish off project.
